Well, the food came out great and not too long, the only that missed was they put bacon on my baked potatoes while clearly stated no bacon when ordered.Yeah, I getting rid bacon crumbs on my melted cheese was not a satisfying thing to do ?
We orders a double meat and the meat was still pink in the middle . We called them to let them know and see what we can do but no answer. This business is Unprofessional, they should close like bushes
One of the few fast food restaurants in Odessa where you can actually get food without waiting 45 minutes. The saff was courtesy and our food was hot , fast, and correct.
I took my Hispanic neighbor kids here after we stole the money from church. We had a good time. I’m a little hurt because Omar the man at the counter didn’t believe me when I told him what had happen. I ordered 7 frosty and frie because I like to dip the frie in the frostie. It was. Delightful I give it a four star cause I got a brain freeze and Omar didn’t believe me he just sat there laughing and laughing and banging his hand on the counter. I like Wendy! I went to get 2 meals got changed 19$ dollars for 2 burgers, 2 large drinks and NO FRENCH FRIES.. they didn't want to replace the French fries for 4 pc Nuggets ?... Fist time and Last time I come to this wendy's..
We were greeted promptly upon entrance, our order taker was courteous and sold me on a lemonade with my order. Our order was out in no time at all and it was nice and hot. All in all I was pleased with this establishment. I give it 5 stars and will return for lunch again. Thank you.
I used the app so I could get free fries with any purchase, it didn't work and the people working there seemed to careless just to the next customer and keep it pushing. I even asked about it to both people in the drive thru, they both had zero to no concern. Strugged their shoulders and that was that. Luckily the Wendy's app pushed it back out since I didn't use it.

Wendy's is not my favorite to begin with. It's one of those things I have to be in the mood for. This one in particular seems to run out of product often and the employees always seem like they hate their job.
I used to love this place but when u have employees that don't know how to work with the food that they are selling it becomes a problem one time I asked for a burger without cheese and guess what? they gave me cheese im lactose intolerant I don't think they really know how bad that feels that for their mistake u get sick and then if u try to give the restaurant a chance to fix it they give u attitude
