I’ve never been to Walk-Ons and I was incredibly pleased for my first time. The atmosphere and food were great, but the best part was the service! Our server was Julia and she did a great job at providing us information and also ensuring we have a good time. The food and drinks came out quickly and I’ll for sure be back soon!!
I don’t have a problem with the food, or the service. My only issue right now is the lack of attention that the restrooms get! We had an early dinner, so we were there by 5 and the men’s restroom was already very filthy. I can’t imagine how it was going to be as the night went on! There’s nothing wrong with management doing a “deep clean” at least twice a week and having employees visit the restrooms through the day and maintaining a written log of accountability.
This restaurant is disgusting ? the bathrooms always smell , are broken or just have shredded toilet paper everywhere . The bartenders are rude and only serve to their friends or boyfriends . Our server Tamera was shaking her butt around the restaurant, very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place at all , go to McDonalds for less disappointment .
Myself and my friend enjoyed ourselves. Service was good. It was my first time to eat alligator it was a delight.
Middling food that could ultimately be described as bland. Dessert was undercooked. Expensive drinks and absolutely abysmal service. Went with a party of 6 and our table was forgotten about several times during the process of our meal. Our server Destiny seemed to be running around constantly but still managed to always be behind. It took nearly two hours for someone at my table to get a side of broccoli and it ended up being brought in a Togo box because it took so long. After that, it was like pulling teeth to get the check sorted and paid. Later on, we come to find out our server was spending most of her time applying makeup in the back. Mind you this was not an overly busy night; never saw a line, so I can't even give benefit of the doubt. Cannot recommend the place at all.
Today was our first visit to the Odessa location. I saw an online ad with their hamburger pictured and it looked so good, I decided we should try it. Our visit was delightful! Our food was delicious, served at the correct temperature and with only a short wait. We had burgers, shrimp and catfish. Our server was Kayla and she did an awesome job. We will definitely be returning!
I’ve been here twice now, the food is very tasty and always hits the spot, and the service is fast and super friendly. Only tiny complaint? Both times I got the poboy and both times the toothpick had broken off in the sandwich and got me in the gums! It got a laugh from the table, and honestly it won’t keep me from going back, I think I’ll just start skipping the poboy!
I'm not into sports places, so I found this place slightly noisy. Other than that, I can not complain about much. Sky was very attentive without being over bearing. The food was flavorful and prompt. The prices don't seem to have the permian tax added on.I'd give it 2 thumbs up.
we legit waited 30 minutes to be served. tried to flag down multiple people to get an order in and they just ignored us. I don't usually complain but that's absolutely ridiculous. we then we ordered a drink that it took another half an hour to get to the table, it wasn't overly busy at all. Needless to say we didn't even bother ordering food we've always been recommended this place but we absolutely never go back horrible service.
Poor service...cob salad was very PLAIN ...SEE PHOTO. There was 2 bites of avocado, no bacon, a tiny bit of small crumbles of egg, no tomato... or anything else...My Sister and niece split the The vegie burger was cold, no melted cheese, bun cold and hard. Told server and no new burger wasoffered. She just brought a piece of cold cheese to add on our self.very disappointed OVERALL. SERVICE WAS BAD. This was a lunch and it was not very busy.
