Exceptional service and excellent food. Moderately priced. Me and my husband will definitely be going back to this establishment.
I’m sad to say quite disappointed with our dining experience last night from start to finish.My daughter made reservations, we got there right on time and waited 10 minutes while he looked for a place to seat us. The first waitress said it would be a few minutes for our waiter. Few minutes later, waitress comes back to take our drink order while we wait for our waiter. 10 minutes go by, waiter comes to take our drink order again. Few. Minutes go by we get our water but not our drinks. He took our order and few minutes go by before I asked about our drink order. Once we finally got our drinks and our meal, my steak was cold.Our waiter was nice and respectful. He seemed overwhelmed. Looked like he was still training.Our reservation was for 7:30pm and we left at 9pm. There were only 3 of us.We normally have an excellent dining experience which is expected when dining at the Barn Door, however last night was a complete fail.
The prices were great, surprising actually. Lots of value for the meal. Our waiter was hilarious. The service was excellent. We did not have much of a wait. We went to dinner on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised with the evening. The steaks were cooked to perfection.
First time eating here. Our waiter Trey W was awesome! He kept our drinks filled and was very quick at getting our order. He recommended the apple pie for dessert which was the ?. The restaurant was homey feeling and very comfortable. Also the food was delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

We were just passing through and found this restaurant. We had a great meal here. Service was a little slower but it looked like our waiter was handling the whole dining room. It is a bit of a drive off the interstate but well worth it. Prices were reasonable and my steak was excellent, maybe a bit more done than I like for medium, but very tender and flavorful. We didn't try the cheese that they are known for, but everything we had was good.
I love, love, love, their bread & cheese. The drinks are good & the food was delicious. I ordered the fish & shrimp & he got the steak & baked potato. The ambient was excellent & the staff was very friendly. It's a bit pricey, but worth every cent.
Very Hometown atmosphere felt like everyone knew everyone coming in.. for my fist time it was an OK dining experience. My steak was a little charred, our appetizer was cold and service was ok...definitely will give a second try sometime
