THE MOST CHEWS PER DOLLAR !!!!!!HAD TO CUT WITH A RAZOR EAT IT LIKE A DOG,SWALL0WING EACH BITE AFTER,WELL SEEMED LIKE 50 CHEWS EACH !!!! AFTER PAYING FOR THE LARGE RIBEYE ,THINKING THAT I MIGHT GET GOOD ONE,WELL THAT TEACHES ME NOT TOO THINK !!!!! THE BILL $44 AND $10 FOR A TIP ,THE MEAL DID NOT COME ANY FORK AND KNIFE TO BOOT !!!!AND IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER REVIEW, I WOULD !!!!
It is now 9:22pm I put an order online at 740pm and still no food!!!! I called and I could barely hear the lady cause the music was playing so loud in the background she told me the driver was having an issue with an order he was delivering and was "on the way" that phone call was 20 mins ago and still nothing!!!!! I expect a full refund!!!!!
I phoned in an order for the Large Ribeye, Medium Well, please add steak sauce! I upgraded my potatoe to "loaded". I also ordered sauteed onions and grilled shrimp! My bill teetered on $50.00. I added a $10.00 tip for driver! Almost $60.00 for dinner! I received no steak sauce! No big deal but I thought I would call and let them know to please include when requested by customer. I was told that "due to Covid and shipping container delays at ports", some Steak Express stores had no steak sauce in stock!!!!! Bull manuer! I told the manager to run down to Dollar General, Walmart or any grocery store and buy a bottle! Not one to go stupid, I understand that sometimes stuff is overlooked, but dont blow smoke up my ass!!!!! Say, sorry about that, we'll do better next time!!!!! As result, I will never give another dime to "Steak Express" and I will make it my mission to deter as many others as possible! Should have just said, "Im sorry Sir", will do better!!!!!!
I had steak express tonight and it was disappointing at best. I've eaten here 3 times now and the other times were good but tonight I had ordered a medium rare steak and it came out blue rare, I'm not kidding, blue rare and the potatoe was a bit under cooked.I don't expect perfection but at the same time, this is unacceptable. I can't say I'll ever be back and that's a shame, used to be a good place.
I just moved here and wanted something quick to eat. I was a little skeptical, but this place was pretty good. The customer service was amazing and the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it.
I called in an order for delivery, and it was very to difficult to hear the person taking the order. It was probably because they took the order while on speakerphone. They got my order correct and the address mostly correct, but they got my name completely wrong on the order. At least it was on time and I received what I ordered. The steak and shrimp for 2 was made to order and the driver was very professional and polite.
5/23/21 I ordered the 14 ounce ribeye with the loaded baked potato on the side. The steak was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was delicious as well. The sweet tea was good as well as the giant chocolate chip cookie for dessert.
Ok but not great
This place used to be really good but the last 3 times we have ate there the steaks was raw and the last time it was tough we usually order ours medium but we did that and it was raw just ike they browned them and that was it then we started ordering medium well and it was bloody and tough we are giving up n not ordering anything else! I would not suggest this place to anyone not worth the money
