I sat there for almost an hour waiting for my food. The male manager gave my order away twice, kept coughing all over the food without closing his mouth, and had to have a female employee make my food. Plus, the cashier in the store was completely rude. I am very disappointed with this location. The drive-thru was wrapped around the parking lot to the intersection. Plus, there was a pregnant woman that was missing over half of her order and the cashier was very rude and refused to give her any help.
This store is always a problem, be warned before hand that the drive thru takes forever and people will cut in line in front of you because people do not have any decency anymore. The store knows about this and they do not care about the long lines reaching out into the street. Taco Bell could learn a thing or to about handling the drive thru from Chica- fil-a and McDonald s. They need to tear this building down and rebuild like every other restaurant in town has to improve the congestion in the drive thru.
I really do enjoy their taco Supreme. My wife and I both ate there with drinks fir about 15 dollars and they were not very crowded at the time we went.
My personal experience with this restaurant was horrible. I placed Abby Uber eats order and they delayed my order for different times and they proceeded to cancel it after waiting for three hours. This is unacceptable especially when you have three kids at home and have any in all day. I am a full-time nurse and I do not tolerate this I do recommend DoorDash though they are very good and polite and Taco Bell’s customer service sucks their food may be OK but that’s why they have a 3.4 star rating and now it’s going to be lower.
This is certainly a place to buy food. You know what you're getting when you go to Taco Bell. You've already managed your expectations by the time you choose this restaurant and, aside from a standard wait time of 40 minutes in drive, they don't disappoint.
The people at this Taco Bell are hateful, spiteful, & rude. Every single one of them all the way up to main manager. The worst service in Odessa Texas. They purposely make it hard to order. This Taco Bell needs a serious firing of every staff member & a re brand.
It is a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. My friend loves their food. She is happy.
I waited 15 minutes for my order and had to eventually remind them that I was still waiting. They had forgotten me. When I finally received my order, they gave me a beef instead of black bean burrito. This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to.

Fast and friendly service. The ordering process was quick, the wait in the drive thru was decently long and then paying for my food and receiving it was efficient. The crunchy gordita taco and beef and cheese burrito box was tasty, affordable and satisfying.
