Placed online order, they closed before I could pick it up.Order was ready at 8:30ish…they close at 9PM.
Coffee machine wasn’t clean should’ve been done the night before ready for next morning
Ordered an “All-American club” on the app. I don’t usually order from the app, but I added avocado to my sandwich. I get home with the sandwich and there’s no avocado, no cheese, and no bacon (which of course the club comes with bacon; screenshot). To add to that, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich (refer to photo). When I called the store to ask what they could do, if anything, and the lady on the phone told me there’s “nothing they can really do about it” and “she’s not the one who made it sooo…”. Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway, and after the phone call, the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Will be going to a different Subway or at least inside from now on so I can actually see what they are doing to the sandwich.

One of the employees argued with me when I said I wanted my sandwich toasted twice she said it would get burnt just for your information it was not burnt
Very clean !! Made an edible meatball sandwich . . . i mean it DIDN'T fall apart my first bite !!! NEVER happens ?

If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible customer service and horrible management. I’m not sure how this place is open.
I ordered online for a quick pick up. Two sandwiches were made wrong and all of the bread was hard. The quality is never good. I would not return.
