2/2/22 @1:00 p.m., Two employees with beards, one a large beard, no beard coverings or face masks standing over open food bins. Server tore up wet bread while "slicing", told him three times what kind of bread, what kind of cheese twice, he had to ask what is flat bread, piled up what must have been way over recommended amounts of ingredients on our sandwiches, (I looked around for a hidden camera to see if it was a prank) had to tell him to put bacon on a chicken bacon sandwich before he toasted it, asked for pepper jack cheese and got both pepper jack & american cheese as he wondered aimlessly from one bin to the next, loosing his place, first adding some pepper jack then some american, he gave me lots of cheese & chicken & bacon, forgot my sandwich in the toaster & toasted it way too long. Took the sandwich anyway. He must have been training (I hope) But, what appeared to be the shift leader who was in charge of this employee, was too busy with his phone to supervise or train. Upon leaving, he awakened enough to offer a thank you, then I saw my sandwich maker touch his face with his gloved hand & continue serving...Love Subway, will purchase elsewhere. Please see "work ethic".
Made an online order. Waited in line 20 min past p/u time. Eric was working with no help. I had to remind him to add cheese & fold the ends of my wrap in. The wrap & sandwiches were all made wrong. Disappointed in management. There should always be more than one employee running a lunch shift.
I got the steak and cheese sandwich today, and it was super delicious!
6/20/2021: I had the subway club and it was very fresh and delicious. I also got one s'mores cookie and a chocolate chip cookie and both were great.

There are many places you can go in odessa to get food thrown together with a half smile and a bad attitude. This is not that place, the team here always greats you with a smile and are happy to serve you. Now I've ordered food many places and like many cast away any thoughts that what I would get would even remotely look like the photos hopped staged photo on the menu boards. Again this is not the place they seem to strive for perfection and every time I order anything it looks exactly like the photo. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to back this claim the food was too delicious to survive long enough for a photo.
