I came into Subway with 2 kiddos, one of which is a toddler, and it was well beyond his dinner time and getting close to bedtime. I had a 4 sandwich order and was trying to do both the order and wrangle in my toddler.The worker couldn’t have been more patient, polite, and accommodating. I wish I had gotten his name but hopefully someone can look up who was working on this date about 6:50pm because he definitely deserves some accolades for such great customer service. I hope this gets to him! Thank you again.
Everything is good once you walk in but as soonest you star ordering it goes downhill, we worked didn't even know how to make the sandwich I order....processed to start coursing out. Then they burned some on the sandwich.. the worker started cleaning the dirty counter and then started touching the sandwich.
Got my lunch today went to open my sandwich an boom whoever wrapped it did a fine job of making sure it fell apart before I could get a bite of it no manager available to speak to either.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS SUBWAY. IT IS DISGUSTING. THEY DIDNT EVEN COOK THE BACON AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO DROWN MY SANDWHICH IN HONEY MUSTARD.

I came to subway with my mom and we were getting our sandwiches no problem right once our sandwiches were finished toasting my mom and I asked for spinach but my mom forgot that she wanted avocado so the lady that was helping us I think her name was Janara shook her head in frustration it’s not hard to remove the spinach and add avocado customer service was just rude

I ordered a single 1 foot sub combo with the drink and chips, and added an extra drink. This old grumpy man was very rude and denied that i ordered 2 separate drinks, and he kept dining that i ordered the second drink even though recipe and online email clearly shows 2 separate drinks, never going back to that location.
went to subway just now . 7 people inside and two coworkers but only ONE making sandwiches. other dude was just standing at cash register when he had no one to cash out . the one making sandwiches was really slow
