Guy with the glasses is rude. Never been treated so bad. I ordered a soy ribbon crunch and I can’t have milk and I asked if it was made soy for sure because I didn’t see it on the label. The guy who has glasses at the window said well did you ask? And rudely and aggressively grabbed my drink back. I told him of course I asked I just don’t see it on the label. He decided to argue with me for a couple minutes while there was a huge line instead of just remaking it. He remade my drink after I said thank you I got an eye roll and the window closed with no other acknowledgment. Worst customer service ever I will now be making the extra drive just to go to the human bean.
Could not go through drive thru because there were too many cars were not enough drive thru lane space. Went inside to order instead. Cashier was friendly and helpful however two batista's on morning shift had absolutely no sense of being quick or urgency even though their drive thru was packed and their line inside was large. Definitely need some customer service training and how their appearance of not caring or making drinks quickly at all. I waited 30mins inside for 1 drink and 1 croissant.
They fire half their employees with no warnings for dumb reasons and people wonder why their service is slow. Thus, they're always under staffed with inexperienced employees. Not sure if the managers even know how to make the drinks or maybe lift a finger to help when busy. Always a long line at the drive thru, half the time blocking the road to Walmart. Hard pass, I'll brew my own coffee.
Jazz Is by far the best barista in our local city! She is awesome and gives me the best experience anyone could ever ask for! I really recommend her she’s the sweetest and makes the most sweetest drinks ?❤️
This is by far the WORST location. I have called corporate on this location more times than I can count. Ordered a traveler for a work meeting, I get there to pick it up and they said they're "getting it ready". I had already received the 24 pastries I ordered, not warmed like I had asked. After asking twice, where we were at on the traveler, and having me wait 20 min, they told me that they didn't have any travelers and would give me a refund. When I'm at the register to receive the refund, the girl has be wait an additional 10 min and starts working on bakery items, after I had already told them I was in a hurry for a meeting, then proceeds to give me attitude and tell me "I don't know why it would let you order something if we don't have it in stock". and I told her "I don't know why it wasn't turned off on the app, and I also don't know why you let me wait here for 20 min for an item I asked about twice, knowing you didn't have it." I WILL NEVERRRRRRRR come back to this location. Its poorly managed, and the staff is the absolute WORST.
Sat in the line for about 15min at 6:15am and then finally called to see wth just to be told oh sorry we opening late. Um was supposed to open at 5:30 that's over an hr late as she said they still had 20 more min before opening yet couldn't let anyone know in the drive thru
Best coffee to buy when you want some bonding time with your boyfriends debit card oh and amazing drinks and snacks.
