JUST HORRIBLE!!!! Went to starbucks on a Monday night and tried to order 4 drinks. I was soon told they couldn’t make the pink drink because they were out of all the things to make it. They were also out of all refreshers and the only size cup they had for cold drinks was a tall. This starbucks is always out of ingredients to make drinks and has rude service. This starbucks needs some serious help!!!!
They're always polite and courteous every time I come (which is multiple times a week). My orders are RARELY wrong and if they are, they're corrected with no hesitation! This is my favorite Starbucks.
Asked for a vanilla cream cold brew and I got something gross. I always try this location and they can never get anything right.
Good coffee, but I’d like to tell the girl with red and black hair who complimented my makeup and then told me my hair was weirdI thought your hair was nice. Kinda hurted my feeling but is okay, idk if y’all were having a game or something.
First time I tried the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and I'm in love! I added extra sweet cream and also sweet cream cold foam on top. I tried the turkey bacon and egg white muffin which was gone before we got home. Loved my drink so much we went back for a bigger size!
Worst location ever. Their customer service is horrible! I ordered 2 drinks, one would probably think how can someone mess this up! Well let me tell u... I waited 40 mins for 2 drinks ... literally no one was here in the lobby! And about 12 drinks were on table but they won't say who's drinks they were and apparently it didn't have a name on it because of privacy reasons! This is the only location that does that. I was pretty frustrated by the ladies working there because if you don't like dealing with people then go find a different job! Worst Starbucks experience ever!
Excellent service but the fact that we only have 2 drive thru Starbucks make it extreme to get coffee in the mornings. Still worth the wait.
Hi guy, Why did the person who came to order after I got it first while I only had 1 order, they just order 3. If you don't give me a proper word, let me call my lawyer to talk to you. Thank you for an empty Sunday breakfast..^_^..
I'm not an avid Starbucks drinker, but went with some friends and enjoyed the drink and atmosphere. Very nice and clean.
This morning I go inside to get my coffee and I’m already in my head and feelings as i have to go see my oncologist for 6 month check up and as I get called up for my order two workers start chanting my name Delores Delores and tell me Im going to conqueror my day! Wooooooow that was amazing and it lifted my spirits! They had no idea but im grateful for their great hearts and their attitudes on this dark chilly morning!
