Cars pulling in 10 minutes after me are ordering and getting food and I'm still waiting to place my order. Wouldn't waste your time or money here. The gas station across the street probably has better food
Was the worst tasting food I've had from any sonic I've been to. They didn't even give me all of the food I ordered.
They've gotten really slow over the time. It takes them 20 minutes at most just to bring a drink out when they've only got 3 customers.
Today my cousin tried to order something and the guy in the drive-thru was really rude. That was between 4-5pm. I hope management does something about it..as per previous reviews it is constantly happening..
Went to this location around 9:10 pm on 11/4/21 and approached the drive through. A guy asked how could he help us on the intercom. We asked “just one moment please” to browse the menu for an item that was on a commercial and that we couldn’t even find on the menu. He responded “I’ll be back with you in about five minutes” in a snide tone. We thought it was a joke. Not sure if the employee was having a bad day or what. We waited and tried communicating but we’re unsuccessful. We were polite the entire time. The attitude was very weird and unnecessary.
I tried to order at 2 of the drive up stations and they did not work. I finally went through the drive through. When I got to the window I kindly let the lady know that the drive ups weren't working and she just cut me off being rude saying that they all work and closed the window on me. When she opened the window to give my card back, I told her I was just trying to let you know. She was still very rude as she cut me off again, saying I will check it and closed the window on me again. Also when she gave me my order it was wrong. I waited a few moments at the window because yes she gave my order and immediately closed the window again. She did not bother to come back, so I left. So between the broken order machines, wrong order and extremely rude worker, I will never go back.
We ordered shakes through the app for after school and they were great. They are short staffed so had to do the drive thru though, we waiting 5+mins at a window with no help so be prepared to wait.
Honestly I've never had any great customer service experiences with sonic in general, but this one is definitely one of the worst. I got good today at 1pm, and my fries were so stale they were inedible. The tots I ordered with my mom's meal were dumped in the bottom of the bag, and my sandwich was burned on the bottom (black, not just a little over cooked) and smashed like someone had stomped on it. My cherry limeade seemed to be all syrup, and I was not able to drink it. My mom's sandwich had remnants of chopped onions and other ingredients pressed into the bottom of the bread, like it had been set on a dirty surface before it too was smashed. Seriously this is the last straw for this sonic, I'm pretty disgusted by the food today. Not to mention the lady taking my order obviously did not want to be there and had a pretty rank attitude.
the way your employees answer the call is like they are annoyed and bored and we are bothering them by ordering. My food takes forever to come out. when they walk around outside its like they have no purpose even when it's busy, no hustle, nothing. The food is never correct. Don't waste your time going here.
Have been in the drivethrew line as the second person in line for over 20 mins finally got out stuff no straws and my card was never given back
