After sitting in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting for my 2 route 44s and a medium blast I almost thought they forgot about me. A blonde who told me her name was kittyara carhop came out and I waved her down. She has listened to my problem with the best attitude and even cracked some jokes that lighten my mood and made me feel better instantly. As soon as my problem was addressed and I explained on how i was waiting for my drinks and blast and it just has not came out, she instantly went inside and brought out my drinks and apologized for the fact it was during a rush and she was the only carhop! This young lady did her best at handling my food and her attitude even though it was insanely busy was positive. She is a responsible, diligent young lady! I wish there was more people like her in fast food services.
The young lady that took my order over the speaker was very nice and proper. And the young man that brought my order out to me was the very same way. Very respectful. Repeated my order to me and made sure everything was okay before going back. Keep it up guys ?
Ashley the car hop was such a pleasant person. The world needs more people like her. She definitely deserves 5+ stars. The 3 stars is because the fryer oil was old and the food was not good. Thanks Ashley for being up beat and smiling!
To me this sonic it the best one in odessa. Food is always good. You just have check to make sure you have your whole order before you leave
Wait 25 minutes for 2 burritos and 2 drinks at 9:30 in the morning when theres 3 cars at the whole place hit the button stating a person was bringing the order after 10 more minutes I left will never bring my service back to this location or sonic period
We typically try to avoid this Sonic because it’s disappointed so many times before. But it is so close to home and we try and tell ourselves that this time would have to be different. There’s no possible way we would get bad service and food repeatedly. Last night on our way home we decided to stop for something quick. My husband placed the order and gave the person on the intercom two pauses, not long, short pauses, to ask our child if she wanted fries and again to ask what drink. The lady on the intercom literally sang the jeopardy song while she waited. I thought this was so unprofessional and rude. We got our order and just like we received it, it all went to the trash. Food tasted as if it was put in the fryer multiple times and left to get cold after. NEVER again will we go to Sonic on 52nd!!
Staff is great and food good. Only issues has to be with establishment falling apart and drive in areas out of order or broken.
Quick and made to order at this joint!!!! They have the best chilli cheese tots. Their deserts just rock in West Texas...
Worse Staff Ever i Waited for over 15mins there were Almost no People and Whoever was taking my order just stopped and ignored me Plus other Times i been to this Sonic they Always mess up my order. It will definitely be the last time i eat here.
Burnt corn dogs on all kids meals , burnt patty on a burger and completely screwed up on what was wanted on it and old nasty fries. Wish I could give zero stars!
