For years I have enjoyed this sonic untill recently most trips have become like today's. Ordered #2 with mustard and tater tots..got mayonnaise and fries. Once corrected the tots had such a bad after taste of old oil I threw them out. 2 Dr peppers order thrown down the drain. Also ordered 2 #8 with fries , but they came with tots . This is a replay of last several visits here unfortunately
This location no longer opens on time, although I have found the food much improved over the last few months.5/13/22Corn dogs are old and tasted odd, hamburger was not made as requested, the taste was way off too. Carhop super friendly. At least the onion rings were good at this location.
I should have read the reviews before coming here! I typically just order a drink or a shake and usually never disappointed, but recently I ordered a Oreo cheesecake shake and it tasted so sour! All the manager could say is that we’ve had other customers say the same thing! So you mean to tell me this was a known issue and you still haven’t figured it out? Then I come today and ordered a sweet tea. I was waiting for a notable time and notice 2 employees come out and sit at the table by the door and light up a cigarette! I mean come on, no one wants to order their food and smell it while they wait on their food! Last straw for this location! Hope corporate realizes that something needs to be done in order to hold up Sonic’s reputation!
Worse sonic experience ever, employees can't even understand a simple order I asked for ocean waters and got regular waters, like what? Not even just that, they Got my WHOLE order wrong ,they went back in to correct it and they came back and still had it wrong so we complained and again they went in for a second time and still came back with the order wrong, plus the drinks that we did get tasted ugly and even the waters that they mistakenly gave us which we ended up taking were cloudy, everyone at my work site plus my neighbors have complained about this sonic location, someone really needs to come down and check on the people working there, my cousin told me that not to long ago a couple of employees there had got in a scandalous argument with some customers over drinks so he just left and went somewhere else instead
I ordered a fresh banana milkshake and the kid on the speaker kept asking if I wanted french vanilla and kept saying to hold on. They brought me a plain slushie with bits of banana in it. I didn't bother getting my refund since it was only $2.50 but I immediately tossed the drink into the trash in the front.
worst sonic ever if u can even get them to take your oder and then something is always messed up i feel bad for the car hops because the suffer the poor management which is probably why they cant keep help they might as well shut it down or bring in better management
Never had any problems with my food or drink here. Fast service
On 11/15 I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time. Got charged and when I was waiting for 10 minutes I saw on the screen that they must’ve marked my order as complete. I did not have my food. Someone came out to tell me they were out of everything I had ordered, so I simply asked for a refund. I spent $27 and got no refund. I will not be returning to this location, and I’m severely underwhelmed with the service.
The food was cold. All the order were prepared poorly and wrong. The absolute worst experience at a Sonic that me and my family have ever had and we're long time customers. Gonna rethink that after this experience.
This particular evening they did a horrible job. We ordered 2 of the garlic butter bacon burgers with our 1/2 price coupon online. We were then told they were out of bacon. So, we asked for our money and 1/2 price coupon to redeem at another Sonic. It couldn't be done. They gave our money back and then immediately came back with 2 burgers and fries. We thought how sweet for the inconvenience. Get home 2 minutes later, burgers old and dry; not even garlic butter burger; fries old. It was like it was someone elses old order. Not good - not cool. Normally come here for drinks and things are ok. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. Should have just went to the next Sonic.
