Ordered a number too the following night got baddd food poisoning. Will never eat here again.
Food great, service is so horrible that I hate coming to order anything! Even to order 1 drink takes 30 minutes, that's ridiculous
Service was good, the food not so much. Tater tots were cold. It was breakfast and I don't know if they sell much of that, there were only two cars there besides myself. Their food is usually ok, not impressed this time with my breakfast burrito and tots.
Bad service, they took a good 10 minutes to answer the speaker then asked for a moment , and didn't answer me they turn off the speaker I pressed the button again and it happened again I just drive off and ended up going to the one in university they have a better service and we're so friendly
I went there yesterday and they were supposed to close at 11 and they closed at 10:28 just because they didn't wanted to have customers and when i got out to know on the window this black lady flip me off worse place ever dont recommend it

Fk sonic drive in rude worker don't know how to get order right always wrong order I tried All of them always wrong order plus don't know how to talk English west side and Nex to the mall
I visited this location today after work. I ordered a large vanilla creme dr. pepper and some mozzarella sticks. When my order came, I realized my drink had no ice. I called back explaining the situation and asked for a cup of ice. The girl came out with a kiddie sized cup of ice. I showed her my large, ice-less drink while she proceeded to laugh. She told me she “thought I was lying” but decided to “bring a cup anyways”. I asked if I could get a larger up of ice and she told me “no, because that’s all the ice you would get anyways”. Terrible customer service and bad training of employees. I will NOT be back to this Odessa location.
Shakes were melted, forgot 2 drinks, burger was supposed to have only ketchup (no vegetables), and no onions on my cc tt. Check your food...
Good food fast service..i recommend the strawberry sprite its the best.
