This is the most unprofessional sonic Ive ever been a witness to. People are always in and out the back of the restaurant. I even seen a baby walk out the back door. I swear this sonic is more like a festival than a restaurant. I also witnessed a man that works there do push ups & then go back in the restaurant just to make orders. The people that work there are disgusting!!!!
10 dollar total girl ask if I wanted my change back. 9 dollars. I was so confused I just told her to keep it..pretty much for a 100 percent tip
Well for one I wanted a chicken dinner but they had no gravy. No joke I literally wanted the dinner for the gravy (I don't know why). Anyways so I didn't get that I got the foot long coney meal. It turned out not to be so bad I guess except the fries they tasted burnt. Sonic change your oil a little more often please.
Depends when you go ,most of the time burgers arent fresh and when you complain they bring the same food back out ,not professional at all!
I just ordered a bacon cheese onion hamburger and a drink it was sooo good feeled me up stars is the best.
I pushed the red button and waited a few minutes for someone too take my order. Two other cars pull up and they get service. So I pushed it again no one responded and I had waited for 10 minutes. No response so I left. Poor service.
Why do I keep coming to this location,?!?I arrived at 810am. Tried signing in with app. Error message. This is AFTER trying to find a WORKING stall. After 6, yes 6, different stalls, I finally was able to tell them I was here.Then was told they 'just opened' and the grill had to warm up. [Thought they opened at 600am]38 minutes!?! after arriving at this location, I received my order.Nothing wrong with the order and the food was hot and tasty, as usual.But I won't return to this location
Sonic on 8th doesn't take forever and never gets your orders wrong. Just saying!
Kinda looks like it's been through da ringer. Food was good just not the same as when I was a kid. But hey what is? Wasn't waiting to long. There Tatar tots are the best in town
Wow these girls are so lazy. 10:15p.m Sept 12th all sitting on bench doing nothing. Talking laughing. I'm there 15 mins with red button for just a drink and they had no intentions on doing anything. I drive 5 mins to stars less than 5 mins I got my drink. Sonic on west county u lost my business. Lazy employees I should report you to your district manager.
