Absolutely the worst chain of stores in the Franchise Industry. Poor customer service, rude and don't listen when taking orders. Won't admit if they screwed up, and no concern for quality of food or customer satisfaction. Should be de-franchised if the ownership doesn't take steps to shape up. Most stores have broken down units, dirty locations. I will not be going to any Sonic Drive-Ins anywhere as long as this franchise continues to operate. Avoid like the palgue!
Would give 5 stars, but my fries were cold. Also the carhop asked me if I wanted my change. $4.96 won't make me or break me; however from a very customer service oriented person such as myself that's a definite frown.
I've been to Sonic many times over the years but the one on University right across the street from that AutoZone is the worst I've ever seen or encountered in my life every time I go there I park I push the button and nothing happens I have to pull out pull around park at the next one and sometimes it ain't working either and by the time I get to the third one I'm like man this is ridiculous it's time to just drive off so I put my car in gear for the last time tonight and left and I hope everybody else in this town does the very same thing if they can't put a light up there that's red or green to indicate if that line works or not well I feel like they're just one egregious failure to mankind.

Need quick breakfast got the egg sausage croissant. The bread was some what stall and hard. This is not normal for sonic.
So called manager here is rude and argues with customers. Messed up my order and refused to replace it.
Been really disappointed with service. Food is good. Servers keep trying to scam my change. I know they work for tips, but as the customer, I decide the tip. I used to love this place but when people try to steal my change.... I'll go to McDonald's. $1 tea all day there. Screw Sonic and their scamming car hops.
Sonic is so amazing the general manager here is great I had an incident with an employee and he fixed it right away I told him I wanted a different person and he gave me a different person to take my order y'all please show this man some love visit his restaurant.. Odessa location
Good palce for a quick snack especially with kids you dont wanna have to get out and into the car again
Great food. My daughter has to have her burger from there every time she wants one.
