Great tasting food. Good prices. Order out was fast.
We came in after traveling all day. Food tastes great, employees are friendly, it's not to busy at all since it's late but empty tables are all dirty and floor is dirty. Need to step up your game.
when cox retired and the kids took over it showed steady decline the food is off like they cut cost on quality. the staff are struggling.give it 6 months let them flip the whole staff.see if the new crew is any better
I ordered two fajita combos to go from here today upon opening the bag when I got home they failed give me any tortillas or guacamole , we called to see what could be done to fix it (because we live on the other side of town) and the manager reassured us it was a simple mistake and that if we drove back there it would be fixed upon getting there and get a free cake. the manager proceeded to argue that fajitas never came with tortillas and that if we wanted guacamole and tortillas that came with the fajitas that we would have to pay it. You wasted my time my money and patience will never return
I went during breakfast. The burrito I had was a bit soggy from the grease. The flavor was alright. Rosa's usually has good flavors. The woman who took my order interrupted after everything I said or right before I finished saying what I wanted to order and asked if there was anything else. It made ordering take a really long time. I think she asked around 6 or 7 times. I only ordered 2 burritos, a plate and orange juice. The low rating is because of the staffs lack of basic customer service etiquette. I suggest to go to one of the other local locations. Rude or uncomfortable service is not a good way to start the day.
With so many opting for bland neutrals these days to appeal to the most people, the vibrant, enticing colors of Rosa's Café is surpassed only buy the food! Beef fajitas! So wonderful to be in a happy place with good food and better people anytime they open!
It was really dirty in the morning and the lady was really short with us, it took them a few minutes to be at the register which is fine until she got short. We had to clean our table which isn't cool but it is what it is.
This place could be a memorable outing for us; however, they need a wake-up call! Today we had to wait 45 minutes for some sopapillas with rude service from the employees, and it gives customers the impression that they have better things to do! The only thing keeping this place open is its tenure in this location! A nationwide or family-owned business could easily compete with this place and give them a run for their money. We won't be back to this location and go to the one around Odessa College instead, and there are too many places that want business than here.
Nice place. Really loved the fresh Tortillas, would have been 5 stars but whomever made the tacos just piled all the cheese into one corner of the taco. Other than that really good fresh ingredients will come back and recommend to anyone traveling to or thru Odessa,TX
Food tastes good but ordered small chips and queso and tiny cup only half full. I swear tamales are smaller too. On the other hand cake was huge. I understand raising prices with increasing cost but don’t need to give mini servings. Also forgot my cake at first. Have learned to check order there. Fajita meat delicious but sometimes grisly.
