I just picked up my online order from there less than 10 minutes ago and they are very amazing. They not only showed the best customer service 30 minutes before close, but also were very prepared with our order before us getting there despite not having a good list of things from their menu. Highly recommend and very pleased with their service. Never disappointed
First of all, I Love Popeyes, always have and the food was good today. The reason for the 3 stars is because when I went in, there were 3 or 4 tables being used, I was the only new customer, and all but 2 or 3 of the remaining tables were dirty. There was a huge chicken strip on the floor by the door, and when I went to get tea, there wasn't any out front. So I asked for it in the back and they said they were out. I don't drink pop so I got unsweetened. It was nasty old tasting. So I paid for a drink I didn't get. This was at about 6:40 in the evening. They were not busy. No reason for a nasty unprepared store.
The service isn’t bad, but they are always out of sauces and sides. I keep giving them chances because I understand the shortages going on. However, I would go somewhere else if I knew they were out of things that I request while I’m ordering and don’t find out they’re out until I’ve paid and received my order, and ask for it again. At least put up a sign or tell me you’re out when I request them while ordering. I’m going to have to pass on this place from now on due to constant disappointment. Good thing Cane’s just opened.
That’s what I order ,and what they give me ! And first time just give me one order,I go back they give me another one , I order the same thing what they give me ? never come back !if u guys gone there must watch what u order and what they give u!
Went inside, service was good and quick but most of the tables had not been cleaned off and there was a puddle of water that should have been mopped up. Instead a caution cone had been placed on top of it. Seriously???
Waited forever for 2 meals get our food and paid 2.69 for this!! This is ridiculous when you can barely cover the bottom. Won't waste my money there again!! No ice i n cups just over all disappointed!!!!
We went in for a to go order and while waiting for our order we seen a young girl making what looked like a chicken sandwich she was making it with bare hands no gloves so nasty
Coming here just to say YESS I love the new tea. It used to be diabetes in a cup? it’s come a long way And is fresh?? As a tea fanatic I’ll probably be here everyday lol
Finally a manager that can manage this restaurant. Our favorite chicken place in town. My family has lived here for over 7 years and over the years they've had the worst possible people managing this restaurant. Johh, the new manager for the last couple of months knows how to run this store. I'm white, he's black, but know for sure this guy is the best guy, he's unbiased, he runs a tip top store. The staff are friendly and all different races, which in the restaurant business
Starts with service, to slow ugly attitude at the window, can’t ask to make a change without an attitude and yelling in your ear because they had to make a change, I don’t see how you still have customers, manager should have come to the window to apologize but I will let everyone know not to go there if they haven’t already been there and got the issues.
