This Pizza Hut is as bad as it was from 3 years ago. Takes over an hour to get your pizza. My pizza has apparently been out for delivery for over 40 minutes. Can’t get ahold of anyone in the store. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Great prices. Be specific on the way u want ur pizza and they will honor if there is an error.If you want extra sauce, mushrooms on 1/4 of the pizza, extra cheese, no sausage..whatever u want, they will do it, no matter how weird the request ?They have had some bizarre requests, BELIEVE ME!I live close to this Pizza Hut and i still maintain this is the best one in Odessa. I have gone there for 10 years plus. Having kids and now teenagers, I would say we eat there atleast once a week.We have never eaten at the restaurant, but someone is always cleaning when we go pick up. That is always a good sign.
Have to put 1 star but its actually ZERO! Ordered in the wrong city. Been on hold for almost 2 hours with 2 different phones calling. Got someone to answer twice. Was hung up on the 1st time and stuck on hold for 45 minutes the second and still no one ever helped me. Lady called trying to deliver and we told her to take the order back been trying to cancel and she refused. So pretty sure she kept the food. Horrible service and don't ever answer the phone. Corporate needs to come in and fix the issues. Manager needs to be a manager and answer the phone if the employees aren't capable.
Restaurant is less than 3 1/2 miles from the house and they have delivered out here at least a dozen times but I guess it is just too far now. We've got over 2000 homes out here in Parks Bell Ranch, guess we are a Dominos neighborhood now...
Got it to go. Great taste,. Cooked perfect. Did the large 5 topping deal. Not real user friendly app, but i got it done. Nice folks. Hot and tasty. Thumbs up.
When I received my pizza it looked like it had been sitting out all night. It was hard and cold. I took one bite of the pizza and spit it out. The whole thing was thrown away. The cheese sticks were brown because they were so over cooked but at least they were eatable. I received a notice it was out for delivery at 9:19 and did not receive the pizza until 9:47. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant that delivers to my area.
My friend always orders, so I don't really have a say about it. I applied to deliver pizza for the company and didn't even get an interview. So if they ever say they don't have the man power to keep up. That's what they get! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THEIR EXCUSES FOR THE PIZZA NOT GETTING TO THE HOUSE COLD! I MUST ADD, IT WASN'T THIS PIZZA HUT. BUT I DON'T WANT TO MENTION WHAT I WAS CALLED AT THIS ONE FOR GRABBING PAPER TOWELS FOR MY PICK UP ORDER. IT WASN'T VERY NICE!
Was in town for business and ordered from hotel. The pizza showed up missing multiple toppings and instead of Diet Pepsi they sent Dr. Pepper. I tried to call the store and when the girl answered and I told her I was calling regarding an incorrect delivery she put me back on hold and no one ever picked back up. Terrible customer service. Will never order here again.
Pizza showed up 35 minutes after I received a text that it was out for delivery. Upon pizza arriving it was cold and hard. The time before this order the pizza arrived late and cold as well plus the supreme was not fully cooked so the dough was soft and the veggies were hard and not cooked right.
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. Also ordered fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks from your Odessa location on University. What was delivered was two medium cheese pizzas? How do you mess up that poorly? Tried calling but no one at the store picks up. Was in hold for an hour while I watched tv. I’ll drop your two cheese pizzas off on your front door on my way to work in the morning. Your “Customer service line” is just as much a joke as your local service.
