This location always has my order done on time , delicious, and I never have to worry about it being wrong. I was there early and they rushed my order , when I told them to take their time. They also gave extra wings from our wait, even though we were early. This location has the sweetest staff, especially the girl that cashiered yesterday! I definitely recommend 100% , we always get the big dinner box with breadsticks and honey bbq wings!
They never add extra toasted parm to my crust no matter how much I ask. I even offer to pay extra. This time they didn't put ANY on my pizza. And they added pork to one of my pizzas which is a protein I cannot consume. I try calling for compensation but recieved no answer so I am leaving a review instead. Pizza was excellent, best wings in town, and the service was very pleasant. I'm glad we chose this location to dine in.
My order was scheduled to be ready for curbside at 615 pm. I arrived and checked in at 612 pm. By 630 pm I had still not received my order so I called the store. I was told it would be right out. By 640 pm I still had not received my order so I went inside. There were two staff members standing by the register not doing anything while my order was just sitting in the warmer. I am very dissatisfied. I frequently have trouble with curbside orders at that location.
Pizza was perfect! We had a little wait but learned that the facility was short staffed once the pizza was delivered. Driver was super apologetic for the wait. With that being said it was like it had just come out of the oven! Thanks Pizza Hut for saving the night for dinner!
I ordered 2 pizzas one with jalapenos one with no jalapenos. Once we got home, we found that both of the pizzas had jalapenos on them. We just picked them off but that one was for my kids. Other than that they tasted good
Ordered food took two hours to arrive upon arrival it was missing items. Store would not answer phone had to drive to location. Manager was incompetent and rude didn’t even offer an apology. Restaurant looked dirty and unkept. Will not be ordering from here again.
Well first of all got text that my order was on its way, after 30min no pizza. So I called and was on hold for another 32min. Took screen shot of the call. Pizza did show up about hr. Pizza was cold and chewy. Worst service by far. For being on hold for 30min is insane.
First find drivers that know the city they deliver in. By the time I got my pizza it was cold. Also I ordered cinnamon sticks with cream cheese icing. I got half baked mini cinnamon buns with 12 pkgs if pizza hut icing. No info on my this substitution. Needless to say I will not be ordering from that pizza hut again.
Honestly I don't like having to use a review app for this but they haven't answered my calls nor do I wish to spend another 30 minutes waiting for anyone to answer. I had a simple order; medium pepperoni pizza & order breadsticks. What I received was a dried out pizza with NO sauce, even the crust was dried out and bland. I have no words for the breadsticks, no clue not even close to edible. We eat here at least a couple of times a week (love the food normally) but the last 3 times terrible. Last night not even edible. So disappointed someone let it leave the store looking like that.
