People were nice but food wasn't started until after I asked about it and was not worth the money spent. I don't eat here often and this experience reminded me why
I have waited 1 1/2 hour for our pizza . Still waiting. I called and the girl said it'll be longer because she only has 1 delivery driver. They should have told us and we could have ordered from someone else .This is ridiculous !!!
If delivery drivers are in short supply, consider suspending orders for delivery when times are over 5 hours, or perhaps the store could call and advise giving the option to pick up sooner. Would also help to know estimated delivery times before checkout.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery at 9:39 with a 45-55 min wait, got the message say “your order is out for delivery” at 10:11 , still haven’t received my pizza and can’t go to store to now because they’re closed!! I want my money back and never ordering from this location again!
I know Pizza Hut is better than this... The food was not hot, nor was it remotely fresh. Both pizzas were dried out, along with the cinnamon and bread sticks. I won't go into the delivery time because I know how short-handed places can get nowadays, but at least make the effort to present a pleasing end result, not something that looked like it was baking under a heatlamp for an hour or two.
I ordered a "Super Supreme" pizza and was disappointed.The pizza I received did not look any different than a regular Supreme pizza.The "Super Supreme" pizza is suppose to have more toppings. That is why it is priced higher.This Pizza Hut needs to be more generous with their toppings.

I agreed to wait 57 minutes to get a large pizza because I was tired. I waited an hour an a half when I finally got my warm pizza. They text me saying it was on the way at 6:02pm it got there at 6:30pm. I live 5 minutes away, with traffic. I ordered it at 5:02pm.

The driver was very friendly. Respected boundaries even though I forgot to click contactless. And the food was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. Overall a great experience.
