Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza, got home to realize the order was wrong. My son called to let them know that it was incorrect and they acted like it was a hassle to figure out what to do about it. The girl then tells my son on the phone that they will remake the pizza correctly and it'll be 15 minutes and to bring back the incorrect order. We waited and showed up 20 minutes after the phone call, to pick up the pizza, just to find out that they never made the pizza. I ask for the mgr, the shift lead comes to me and says, we've been so busy and short handed that we didn't make it. As a matter of fact, I had no idea that it needed to be remade. He then says, we'll remake it right now but it will be 20 more minutes. I don't know how you run a business without proper communication and this is not the first time they've incorrectly made my pizza. Obviously whoever is making the pizzas doesn't know how to read. Terrible service and I should've known better than to have gone back to this location.
Went in to order pizza for carry out there were 2 others in the restaurant, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to realize we were here. We left.

The food was great but the cashier could of been more friendlier and smiled a bit! I ordered 4 extra ranch and 2 Marinaras and were not placed in my order so I asked her for them and it bothered her so much to get them ready for me! ??????♀??♀After all.....I did pay for them on my online order!!!
Poor. I called my pizza in at 755 and when I got there at 825( the time they said it would be ready) it wasn’t. They ordered it when I got there! Waited 25 minutes. Smh unacceptable. But what can you do??

I got a double order of the cheese bread and they are dry. The cheese is so cooked!
The service was really good! My pizza and wings were fresh, and I was in and out quickly for a carryout order.
Great tasting pizza as always. This location is the only one I get pizza from
