Have order twice and both time pizza was undercooked doughy and 2nd time around I got sick I'm done ordering from pizza hut I rather wait 10 to 20 minutes longer as long as pizza is well done wish no stars was an option
Pizza and wings are pretty good.
Ordered online and was ready on time..only exception is that price online was only valid if we would order the pizza online and Not in store even though we paid cash and picked up in store.. a little inconvenient..
The things that made this visit bad were the fact that they missed my drink and sauces. and then about 4-5 hours after eating me and my partner were sick (throwing up and diarrhea) and had to throw away the rest of the food.
Our server Quin answered the phone immediately and was so nice on the phone. She brought out our order and was very friendly.
I have always loved Pizza Hut on 8th street never had a problem from ordering from that location.. also gives me a nostalgic memory from when I was a kid!
Everytime I get to the location the food is great fresh and ready when I walk in. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
The pizza was not as appetizing as it usually is. It was a pepperoni lovers and barely had any pepperoni on it. There was way more crust than toppings.
Super good food, as in made well, i see same lady there all the time not only that just all crew members are great and respond well and try had to wait a little over 5mins but they still attended to me well and food was super hot n fresh
This store has really great customer service and the pizza was amazing. They forgot to put the 2 liters coke and the driver said no worries i will be back with him. He followed through with his word and we received the coke bottles. That talks highly of them, they hold themselves accountable and do not give excuses. They believe in customer service.
