Fantastic food and service!!
Ordered pizza lightly sauced & it was a lot of sauce. Also my food was cold. Delivery driver was sweet. Didn’t eat food. Waste of money.
I’d really love to post pictures of my order, but I’ve paid and still have no pizza after an hour and a half. There have been no updates, and when we call, we are immediately placed on hold. So, 20 min before closing now, I have no idea if we will even see our order of… wait for it… one pizza… tough stuff. I’ve worked and supervised a pizza restaurant before and the standard for this location is NOT ok. Terrible service, not honest or up front, and terrible customer service once there is a problem… this is the norm from this location for us. No thanks. I’d rather starve… oh wait, I am. Thanks Papa John’s Odessa….
Our Pizza and wings were amazing.Probably best pizza in Town. Fast delivery.
Order was incomplete but charged. Food was cold. Overall bad service. There's too many good resturants in the Midland, Odessa area then have to put up with this trash. Don't waste your money.
Ordered a pizza at 5:26 it’s 7:37 and still no pizza.it’s ridiculous
Didn't even bother. 37 minutes to wait...? I'm OK with that. An hour later I received a message that sais my pizza is on its way 5-11 minutes but the driver has an additional delivery. Ok... 20 more minutes. How old is my pizza? How long was my pizza done before the delivery ahead mine? Keep it! Ordered Pizza Hut. Hot fresh and in 20 minutes.
Got a carryout. Staff was fantastic and friendly, ready right when they said it would be, and made to perfection. Will definately be ordering again.
Man those chicken peppers was amazing. Can't wait for the next batch!
