I went in w my son to get some froyo, none of the flavors worked, they had to reset the machines multiple times so we could get yogurt, after about 20 mins of waiting we finally were able to get chocolate, no other flavors though. Also they just charge you whatever they want.... not the price advertised. For 3 large yogurts I paid $28, doesn't seem right. Glad Crumble Cookies is opening next door, I will take my business there!
I went to orange leaf this week due to a school coupon that stated my child got a free cup. We walked in and there were signs everywhere saying the “free cup is a small, anything else would be an up charge” I didn’t mind so I proceeded to get a medium. I got to the counter and the young lady working there abruptly said “Are you using a school coupon because that’s for a small?!” I said, “ yes thank you I read the sign” she replied “that’s not a small so there’s an up charge.” I said, “ that’s fine, I read your sign” . I then asked for a smoothie thst was priced at 5.29. When she gave me my receipt for $10. She had charged me 5.99 for a smoothie and 3.25 for a small cup. I asked her about it and told her it was false advertising due to the prices shown and why the up charge was so much if the médium was priced at 4.25. She then said “Idk that’s just what comes up if you want to come see it then you can but that’s the way it is here” and I said okay thank you. It’s not so much about why I was charged but if the prices say a certain price then that’s what should be charged for the customer .
As my family and I went in the young lady working there was sitting with who looked to be her parents eating pizza. She said nothing to us. Half of the flavors were out. Then as we were sitting and eating I watched her pick up two gummy from the ground with her hands and throw them way then touch all of the scoops at the topping without washing her hands or sanitizing them. Then as she was cleaning something out of the chocolate chips I watched her drop the scoop in the trash can.... she quickly looked around and grabbed the scoop out of the trash can tap it on the side of the trash can and put it back in the chocolate chips. Then when I asked her about it she did not deny thay it fell in the trash can, but instead try to make it ok by saying there is a box ontop and it fell in there. I told her it was still gross and unsanitary. She didn't try to fix it, instead she ran to the back to talk with the other worker about it. If this happens infront of customers I can only imagine what happens when others are not around. I have contacted corporate and let them know about this as well. And I will ensure to follow up.
Great variety, clean and very friendly staff
Love this place. Family friendly. My kids love to go here as a treat.
The best customer service! Angela is absolutely amazing!!! Very grateful for her going above and beyond!
Closed before store hours were ended and would not serve us because they turned off all of the machines. Ridiculous
The cashier was so friendly and helpful. Thats huge to me. Taste delish. The kids and I will definitely be back soon.
Was ok, but some of the flavors were out and they didn't have a restroom, so could be an inconvenience for parents with little ones, especially if you're out of state and just stopping for a quick treat.
Basic froyo. Selection of topping minimal. No fresh fruit topping options, only canned fruit. I expected a little more from a chain froyo shop. The actual froyo is good.
