The waiting area was in need of a sweep and the walls in our booth were covered with children's crayon art. My husband's napkin was dirty, as in you could flake it off with a nail. Our table needed to be cleaned, it was sticky. Overall it was just dirty. The chicken & gnocchi soup was too salty. The the shrimp scampi was strangely spicy. I can only guess there was too much red pepper flakes. My husband's Giant Cheese Stuffed Shells were well cooked but the seasoning was inconsistent and the cheese had a strange texture. This was our third disappointing meal at this restaurant. We won't be back.
Food was good place is clean but our waitress abandoned us. My husband had to het up and ask for help to the other employees after waiting a long time waiting for our waitress would come around.
Stopped to eat with family at local Olive Garden. Had to wait for a table but not too long of a wait. Definitely need more waiters working but suspect it’s hard getting people to work nowadays. Our waiter had too many table to wait on as had to chase him down after waiter stopped by table twice saying be with us soon and walked by again without stopping. Feel sorry for him- maybe manger could help if restaurant is crowded.
This is the best experience I have had in Olive Garden in a long time, if ever. Mozzarella sticks were really good, could have had them as a main meal. Drinks we ordered were on point, and food was very delicious too. Service was fast, friendly and tentative. Definitely considering going back to this location again soon
Went here with my boyfriend, for both our first times at an Olivia garden ever. It was nice inside, clean and classy. Our server kept forgetting about us, but it was okay. Took about 25 minutes to get my drink but that was fine also. What really stuck out to me was when we got our checks, it was over $50. For Alfredo … I couldn’t believe my eyes ??The food was good, but no chicken Alfredo is worth $60 after tip. We’ll probably never go back. Just thought I’d give a heads up for anyone like us who thought it was going to be in the same price range as other restaurants in the area. It’s over priced.
This Olive Garden is the best! Leaves you satisfied. Joaquin is a well respectful server and makes you feel welcome . Great food, drinks, and atmosphere.
The Minestrone soup was salty. The lettuce tasted like the bag it came in. The water pressure in the bathrooms was barely a spit, makes me wonder how the employees are washing up? Plus added bonus the telephone was ringing constantly and no body was answering it. Added ambience? I think not.
Arrived at the restaurant the hostess was RUDE!!! But just stayed hoping the service would be better. Got seated waited… and waited… watched another table right beside us get seated and right away someone was there to take drink orders… we waited more and watched that table get drinks. We waited 20 minutes before I asked the waiter of the table next to us if he was our waiter and he said “nah some female is” and walked away!!!! Waited 3 more minutes then decided to leave!! If there were negative stars I would give that!
Tonight was our our family night to eat out for the week and I have to say I had my doubts since they sat us in the bar area. My doubts were quickly put at ease by our server Ezeqiel. This man takes pride in his work and is the epitome of what true work ethic and customer service is about. I hope they consider this man to be part of the management in the near future to continuously pass on the motivation and knowledge.This man waited on our family of five and three other tables keeping a steady pace refilling drinks and anything else needed, not slowing down once.Since we only eat out when we can due to our budget. Tonight Ezeqiel really made it worth it.Thanks for the great service Mr. Ezeqiel!
Our waitress was super sweet,restaurant was a bit old and worn the booth we sat at was bit worn and cracked. The restroom was horribly dirty the napkin holder was on the floor there was toilet paper all over the floor .. For it being a some what new restaurant it was not in the best shape.my soup was cold.. Tour of italy was delish. Just not worth what we oayed in the end ..
