I really wanted this place to be awesome. But its not, although I didn't even stay for the food. Started off by getting a teaspoon of salsa. I asked for more but was informed it was against company policy. Lol, salsa is against policy. I assume good service and proper management is against company policy as well. The place is close to where I live and I won't go back. Management never offered more salsa. What a joke. By the way, we went on Cinco de Mayo and there was no crowd. Should have known!
The food is good, shrimp cocktail could taste better, taste canned not fresh! I went a while back with two of my sisters and The waitress kept trying to bring us drinks and we said we had enough when we did but we think she was trying to get us drunk to steal from us because that’s exactly what she did. Our tab came out to $200 and me and one of my sister split the bill I paid 100$ cash my other sister paid 100$ on her card and our waitress kept the $100 I gave her cash and charged my sister $200 on her card so total we ended up spending 300$!!!! our waitress stole $100 from us !!!! and we still tipped her $40 !!!!!
So I know this place since before I moved out of Texas 4 years ago , every time I came to Odessa I would stop by, but the last couple years wasn’t that good at least the service, well yesterday I decided try again and I was surprised by a greeting from a waiter and he came straight to us, very polite though, he seated us, give us a minute back with salsa and chips, took drinks order and the drinks came fast and good, we ordered food and was good too, the waiter was very attentive and helpful, I was pleased and surprised on how one change make my whole experience different. What a service, what good food!!! 10 Stars this time!!!
It was horrible. I could not eat my dinner due to my dinner being coated in black pepper. I made it very clear (in English and Spanish) that I could not eat really spicy foods. The waitress said no I can have it made without peppers. I told her even table pepper of is to hot for me. She argued with me that they do not cook with black pepper, but it was all over it. I could not eat my dinner at all, so a $40 meal was wasted. You have one waitress for the entire place so no one received the attention that one should have. We will not be back. Don’t go Out to eat here unless you like really spicy food or not being attended to.
Went specifically for tamales. Ordered a dozen pork tamales. However the pork seemed to be grounded up and it was a very tiny portion of meat. The tamales were so small you could eat one in one bite.The flavor was good. But all in all not worth the price.
An absolute gem here… I went for the menudo and ended up with an “albóndiga soup” and it was phenomenal! Just like granny used to make! This IS authentic homemade Mexican food! The fun doesn’t stop there… they have a huge selection of bloody Mary’s and mojitos! I personally had the michelada and Daisy really knows how to perfectly mix them! I’m definitely excited to return and try more of this lovely, delicious food!
How in the world, on a Friday night with live music…Is the solo employee bartender also the only person taking food orders for the bar and restaurant dining area?!?!Horrible experience waiting almost 15 mins to place a drink and food order.Poorly managed place with no customer service or clue about customer experience.

Great service, fast friendly waitress. Fish tacos are great, the owner/cook makes the best tasting tacos in town!
They were disrespectful and had terrible customer service. I felt like I was racially profiled. The hostess pushed passed me to take care of a family that came in after me while I had been standing there, she didn't even acknowledge me I had to walk towards the bar of the kitchen before she said anything to me. Then when I got my order my drink was missing and when I said something she rolled her eyes at me.
