Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and competent.Odd COVID protocols remain in place as of early June 2022 (especially for Texas):1) children can enter the playground area and sit next to it, but they are NOT allowed to play on it (see picture).2) Both restrooms have been converted, by sign anyway, from gender-specific (male/female) to “family” restrooms, which changes what were 2-person rooms into 1-person/family rooms. This significantly slows the through-rate, especially if you are a family of women who find yourselves in the one stall, one urinal family restroom.3) They still have a sign up at the drink fountain stating all customers are to request a new cup for each refill. I did not see a single person actually follow that instruction while I was there.
The manager was awesome. I am a truck driver and I obviously cannot pull my truck through the drive thru. As the dine - in isn't open they took the time to come to the door and let me have my food. It may seem like a simple gesture, but when that's the only food I've had all day and it was a 14 hour work day. It was a lot more to me. Thank you !
I visit this location a lot. The Dyrive thru is always long, pick-up option is even longer, but the employees are nice and they don't rush you like other places.
The staff and restaurant were excellent. I rarely eat at McDonald's. The day I went there I got chicken nuggets and a Big Mac. I ate it for nostalgic sake but I can go a year or more without eating it again.
Rude manager. I placed an online order and tried to pick it up and found out the only available method is drive-thru. I was in this situation before and was told to walk to the kiosk and let them know I am picking up an order. The manager walk out of the store and yield at me saying "you have to have a vehicle to use the drive-thru lane". I think I should pull my semi-truck in to the drive-thru lane and make her look stupid. Will call customer service and see what the company said about this.
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Every visit takes way too long. Better to go to a real restaurant, the service takes about the same amount of time.
I love mcdonalds food regardless as to what other people may think. At this location my nuggs have always been crispy, none of that stale stuff you get at other locations. The drive thru service could've been slightly faster, but then again I haven't worked at a McDonald's before so I know not the struggles of a rush hour for food service. Great job overall
Most important, I requested & rec'd fresh hot salty fries ?..well, they had salt not much but they were fresh...they were so good & my order was correct!!
Tonight was the second time I’ve been to this location and the second time that I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth! The drive thru girl genuinely seems unhappy about her job…she just sits on her stool and says “is that it?” after every item ordered. She has no personality! The lady at the other window wasn’t to thrilled about her job either. My husband ordered sweet tea, he received unsweetened tea. We get home and we have no straws. These people get paid very well to not miss the small details like straws! Please be better!!
When they’re open it’s fast but unpleasant. I’m not bothered by their flat personalities I’m more upset that from 1am-3am they cannot serve you b/c their systems are down. Every day.McDonalds needs better!
