Ordered a coffee tastes like it has been sitting all day tastes old plus it was cold. Spicy Chicken crispy deluxe burger did not have any sauce it wasn’t spicy it was just regular Chicken tenders. I was missing creamer and sugar. Bad service at this place!!!! Please train your employees to say thank you!!!
I contacted this McDonalds about picking up an order I placed on doordash, because there weren’t any doordash drivers available. They said that’s fine and to go through the drive through. I get there and the worker told me she needed an order number , which on the phone I gave the phone number for the order and they said that was fine. In the middle of me talking the MANAGER slams the window on me. They asked what was on the order, and then told me they didn’t have that order. I drove a 40 min round trip for nothing. They could’ve saved my time and gas by telling me all of this when I called. Even after the disrespect, I still got in line and tried to order. They tell me that they’re not using the drive through for 30 minutes. The fact that I still was giving this place business is beyond me. I’m never a “Karen” unless I feel it’s completely necessary. I work in this industry and I would never treat a paying customer in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been disrespected at this location.
Picked up my order, & left. 10 minutes later open my bag, wrong order thanks McDonald’s
ABSOFRIKINLUTELY NO-NOOO!!!!I ordered a chicken crispy with bacon (I don't remember the name ?).....They were sooo incapable and look like sleeping on their feet, that they gave me an EMPTY SANDWICH!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was in a kinda of hurry, so When I look into the bag it was too late! If I would to eat a leaf of bread,I could go to Walmart.SHAME ON YOU!
It's one of the better McDonald's I've been to.
The place sucked, if you didn't go thru the drive thur you didn't get any food or if you didn't mobile order you food, and then finger to place an order and was told that you had to pay in cash and this is why I hate McDonald's
Food is always FRESH here, BEST MCD I've stopped anywhere & I'm a driver.My passengers enjoy it too becuz there FAST so everyone has time to get food.Keep up the great service ?
False advertisement from this store. Claims to be 24hr. Have walked in on multiple occasions and was told they were closed, once at about midnight and once at about 2am. So dont wast your time.
I like the 1788 location the best. Drive-thru moves quickly. Never had a problem with my order or a negative experience.
