Terrible service. The fries were cold. The boy working at the cash register was very rude and unprofessional. I went to the first window to make a payment, no one was there or showed up for a bit, so I assumed it was at the second window.I pulled up to the second window and the cashier ran out of the store, went up to my window and asked me to back up to the second window. He said "I would have been able to tell you to back up before I came out here if your window was rolled down" with a smug look on his face and acted as if I inconvenienced him.I told him that no one showed up to the window while I waited there and I just thought they were taking payments at the second window but he said "it was because I was talking."I don't care how bad of a night you're having. You should never be rude to your customers who pay.I didn't get his name, but I'll just leave this review. :) I don't recommend this McDonald's
Had to explain my order 3 times then 2 windows later was ordered to park out front 10 minutes later the little dude basically tossed my order in my lap this all took about 21 minutes cheapest meal I've had in a while.
Real great customer service and helpful new to the self ordering and they were real helpful

Was alot different, now you don't go up to the register to order do you order from a computer and the only time you spoke to is when you get your food if you're lucky.

There new computer self ordering system sucks... no better way to put it. Luckily there was a young man working there that saved the day when our order was screwed up twice...
Good customer, drive thru lone moved fast, and food was fresh.
The food is great. But covid has made it feel less homey in there. There was no cashiers at the front so we are made to use the digital screens to place our orders. The food came out in good timing considering it was lunch rush.
Mobile orders are always ready on time and food is normally hot. The employees are very friendly. This is the only McDonald's we really like to go to because they seem to want to please their customers and do a great job. I'm kind of surprised they only have 3.6 stars.
