I'm hearing impaired and I asked the lady at the drive thru to put her face mask down so I could see her lips while I was asking her a question because I have to read lips in order to understand and she completely refused. I have never had anyone treat me that way in a drive thru line. I did call management and she said she would talk to her about it but the problem is they are supposed to accommodate the disabled and hearing impaired so apparently they need to go back to training.!!!
This location is on SCR west at the Love's travel stop. The line moved quickly and smoothly. My order was correct and the drive-thru employees were friendly and did a good job.
This place isn't very good. Food not good. Order was completely wrong. I paid almost $30 for lunch for 3 and got burgers that were from the dollar menu. I will never visit this Mcdonald's again. Horrible experience.

Good service, the Loves station didn't have creamer but the young lady replaced it as quickly as possible.
Stood there in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes to be presented with this "fudge sundae" since you now cannot get a cone(?) Ice cream dripping down the side, all over my hands before ever getting a bite. Absolutely horrible quality control. Your staff is surely worth what they're paid and not a penny more. Please hurry up with robots that replace the incompetent staff you have.
Excellent Family Food Fast Food. I like the Burgers and Fries. My Daughter like the chicken nuggets.
Every time I've been in here since the remodel the employees are rude.. First time I asked for a Sundae and the kid running register said the ice cream machine was down when there was clearly a customer in the eating a Sundae, then second time I went in there I asked for jelly and the lady walked away from me like I didn't exist. Third time I went thru drive thru and they wouldn't take my order..
Food isn't horrible but if you want to enjoy your meal steer clear. The sandwich was just there, substance to put in my stomach. Pretty tasteless. My first drink was really, really bad. Went through drive through and asked for a new one. They did give me a second drink with no hassle. Waste of time though as it was un-drinkable as well.
