This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in all my years in living in Odessa . My family and I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for our order and never received it . So I went inside for our order and still waited an additional 20 minutes on my order . So overall 40 minutes spent! I was missing half of my order and had to repeat everything in my order ! Workers lacked urgency. To top it off workers in the back where playing around while the employees up front needed orders done ! Horrible night crew ! Would not recommend this location at all !
You’d think w all the bad reviews, they’d be better by now ? no reason for 45 minute wait to pick up an order called in 1 1/2 hours ago.Restaurant was empty, employee was on his phone just standing there. People in front of us waited 15 minutes to get a receipt handed to them. Definitely the worst McAlisters around.
Ordered online and went to the location for pick up. After 3 minutes I was acknowledge by the kitchen expediter Desiree. Which I don't know why but it seems like she was bothered by helping. She asked if she could help me and i mentioned i was there to pick up my order she mumbled something and walked off as she went for my order and made my drink and handed it to me I mentioned i was missing a drink. She said there was not another drink she told me to look at the receipt and i showed her the receipt that it showed a kids drink. she kept mumbling things and I asked her what was she saying she just handed me my drink and I asked for napkins and cutlery and she just sended me on my way by saying thank you and left. I've never been treated that way. I spoke to the manager but I feel like nothing will be done even if he was understanding and professional.
The regional manager was there, I believe his name was Josh, he was completely and utterly rude to the customers as well as the staff. Not a great look....I will not be returning because of what I saw there.
Having bad luck with this place lately.I really enjoyed the food here but the front staff are space cadets. No worries though the turn over rate in these places are sky high ill give it a month for the staff turn over and give it another shot
They had no kids meals available no kids drinks. We had to get our 5 year old daughter a full size meal. We will not be coming back after this.
Did online order, however, they were out of an item we ordered so we decided to switch it to a sandwich. Took over 30 minutes just to make the sandwich . Also noticed they forgot one of our soups but did let them know. Also forgot pickles. Seems like they always forget items. Not the first time but was trying to give them another shot.
Went in here today, there were no masks, hats, hair ties on anyone. Lots of people standing around with dirty tables around the restaurant.There were two girls standing in the back on the food prep line eating and drinking while food was being prepared, while the girl taking orders was touching her face and playing with her hair the whole time.I've never seen such unsanitary practices around food, especially during a pandemic. Needles to say, we left and will not be back.
Very disappointed in the service received today. They're incredibly understaffed, and seeing how backed up they were 2 employees still decide that they're going to clock out and go home instead of staying a bit longer to help out. After an hour wait I along with several other guests gave up and asked for a refund.
Been waiting for over an hour for my drive thru of 3 sandwiches to be completed, was asked to pull around back and "wait time is not available", despite the fact I'm sitting at the window; only to see two managers out back smoking cigarettes and joking around while 3 other vehicles sit around back waiting for their food.
