We literally live less than 5 minutes from this location and several times, like tonight I started calling to place a pick up order for me and my husband who just got off work and AGAIN nobody answers the phone except once somebody picked up and then hung up……great customer service. However, I blame myself for being the fool because this is not the first time and in addition the last two times we actually got food there the order was wrong and our sandwiches were just thrown together. We’ll stick to the one on 42nd from here on out, they answered their phone tonight and the lady agreed the employees should be answering the phone.
Ordered a Chicken salad which I usually order everytime and this time my salad was not what I expected got home and opened my salad and it seems that I got a half of salad, the container was not full like I normally get and was not worth the price I paid for and this is the second time I get no crackers and everytime I go pick up my order the staff seems they don't want to be there. I feel management needs to pay more attention to there staff and train them the proper way and I may not return to McAlister's and give my business to Subway!
Fast service and tasty food as always, definitely recommend the chicken tortilla soup for winter! I’ve never had anything bad to say about this McAlister’s, just tasty fast food.

Food is always tastes great but service is sad. Have given them many chances but always forgets an item.
Visited this location while I was out of town working and it was as great. The pickup window is only for online orders but the employee was pleasant in letting me know. I drove around and walked inside and easily placed an order. My food was ready in no time and I was able to move along with my day smoothly.
Looked clean and well kept. Disappointed that they took away the Muffaleto sandwich. The staff was friendly and my order was correct. I love their sweet tea.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND FRESH AND HOT THE SWEET TEA WAS GOOD THE PLACE WAS CLEAN..THE ONLY THING IS THAT MCALISTER DELI DOESN'T SELL THE ORIGINAL CHEESE CAKE OR THE STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE ANYMORE..THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THAT FOOD ITEM BACK ? ? ?

I stopped in tonight to enjoy a Reuben sandwich. I tried to use a gift card and the register didn't want to cooperate. I was fixing to just use my credit card when the manager comped my meal. I would rather pay my own way, but I feel so grateful for her kindness. Thank you so much.
