Have been to this mcalisters a handful of times and always have an issue. Waited 20 minutes in Drive thru line. Got my bag and was missing two meals. Employees kept passing and looking towards the window and wouldn’t bother to attend it. 4 cars behind me waiting for food. Worst customer service. Love McAlisters but this location needs lots of improvement.
Ordered the veggie spud. When it was brought to me I noticed they left out the rotel cheese (which is part of the ingredients in the veggie spud). I spoke to the cashier so she went to the back to tell them. She came back and said they would have to make more. I said that was fine. She then comes back and tells me that they said it would be 15 minutes. Well long story short, they never cared enough to bring the rotel cheese. To top things off they left the lettuce core in the salad. Food was bad and customer service or the lack of was even worse.
My order got lost somehow. Finally 15-20mins later an employee noticed I was still waiting.The product was really good tho!!!
Close at 9pm, attempted call in order from parking lot at 8:35pm, took minutes to answer. When answered, I asked for a pickup order for the window, I got a sigh and a hold on one minute, hung up on me. Walked in the door to tell them how rude it is was to hang up on me and no one knew what had happened, convenient. I've worked fast food myself when I was younger, you get to close at 9 and clean up, you don't get to leave at 9pm, very unprofessional.
The food was amazing!!! HOWEVER… the manager On duties is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! one of the cooks got the order wrong and she scolded him in such a loud voice telling him how he needed to learn how to read and how ignorant he was! Her position as a manager should have been more professional! She could have went back there and talked in a normal voice using proper language. Rather then belittling her employees!!
There was great staff! The only down fall was the ridiculous sides of macaroni and cheese they are now serving. My daughter usually eats 2 but the tiny cup you now give, we had to get 4, and what's even worse it's half way full. For having such a well know restaurant, this was not your smartest move. I am pretty sure I am not the first one to complain about this!!!!
The staff always seems like they're backed up on orders but they somehow always get food out pretty quick. Good spot to go to if you're tired of the same old sub sandwiches. From starters to soups to sandwiches, I've had em all and they're all pretty damn delicious. Great for if you want something light and delicious to eat
Ordered an online order and they forgot my cup of soup. One of the two gentlemen working the counter was too busy counting cookies and refused to help myself and the other gentleman behind me. By far the worse customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Seemed like both of them didn’t want to be there and lacked social skills. You just expect more customer service wise when you pay over $30 for food.
This is honestly the best McAlister’s I have ever been to. I have now gone there three times over the past 2 months and it is never disappointed. Very consistent and very fresh. Also the staff at the window the past 2 nights have been awesome!!!!! Great location!!!!!!
I’m not sure why this locations always fails us. Our order is NEVER correct. I’m not sure if they don’t read tickets or what. Added and paid for bacon and Avacado on a sandwich got neither. Not only did we request extra pickles, we got zero pickles. Our club had to much mayonnaise on it there was just a big spoonful sitting in our container beside our food. Called to see if they would like to make it right, acted like I was crazy put me on hold and then hung up after 4 minutes. Only two starts bc they managed to get our fruit cup and sweet tea right- but literally nothing else on our order.
