I remember when Long John Silver's cared about the product they put out for the public to consume. What's happened to y'all? This is the 5th time I had to give y'all the benefit of the doubt. So tonight I was in the mood for y'all chicken, and my Husband wanted fish,both with hush p. And slaw. Let begin shall we. The breading on my chicken was doughy and tasted undercooked, so that means y'all have to bread and fry already cooked chicken, well that explains the leather under the breading. Now the hush puppies, how hard is it to cook a cornbread ball to where we can bite into it. I'll send my dental bill. And is there a shortage of tarter? Because the last few times y'all give me two packets. C'mon LGS have some cooth and care about the job that's paying your bills....well for now anyway. I'm starting to understand why so many are closing. Sincerely former customer
Order two variety platters number 12, both the same, got home, nothing was right it's like they just put what they had left over in a couple of boxes and handed it out the window. First it's not like the had anything pressing to do, only one in the drive thru. Going in isn't an option anymore.... why even bother repeating back my order. Like alot of poeple I'm done with Long John Silver, They don't answer the phone.... The company doesn't care about it service or us the customer, I'm no longer going to to visit any of there locations agian!
The food was ok but the fish had raw dough from the batter we were not able to finish it but other than that the rest of what we ate was OK the sides and hushpuppies
They close early when they feel like it right in a customers face. Did it to my 89 y/o father! First ran him out of the building told him to go through the drive through then after waiting in that line for over 25 minutes when he got up to the front they said they were closed....20 minutes early.
Poor service, their cc machine does not work management isn't willing yo go extra step to manually enter CC and tells you to have a good day before asking if I have another cc.
Don't dare order food off the website, if they don't have something they will not replace your food with anything other than clams, even if the item is cheaper than what you actually ordered, and if you don't want the clams they won't give you the rest of your food and have no idea how to give you a refund and will be rude about it. After being there almost an hour, they told me I could come back Monday, it's Wednesday, and try to get a refund when someone else, I assume a manager, was there. Luckily after sending an email to support, they sent me a number and the customer service person I spoke to was helpful. I will never go to this long john silver's ever again, worst experience of my life!
I guess I'm one of the few people in Tx. That has been likeing this brand for my whole life.I just dont eat there that often.
When I was a kid loved the place food very delicious. We came in today with my family of 6 . 12/12/21 employees very rude a young teenager. The food was very greasy and salty corn , fish. Not satisfied
I ordered a plate with shrimp and chicken. The shrimp was over cooked and the chicken didn't taste right also the coleslaw tasted like it out of date..Also I feel that the employees were more then rood in so many ways.
Food was good except for the hush puppies, way over cooked. They didn’t give us one of the coleslaws & employee seemed high.
