Under seasoned frozen burger patties that tasted like they were microwaved and over cooked straight out of the Walmart freezer section and way over priced. I thought I would get a better burger from a steakhouse... Not this time. The buns were heavy and dense. The yeast rolls didn't come with butter. They didn't put the A1 sauce in the to go bag either.Texas Roadhouse has a much fresher burger
15min wait to be seated with only than 14 or so customers in restaurant.Another 29mins to receive drinks and told they couldn't make the appetizer we had ordered (with drinks).Spoke to Manager directly after reading several reviews. Voiced my concerns for poor service and attention to customers.49mins for our food to arrive.12oz Rib Eye was less than appealing, overwhelming burn flavorBayside Cheeseburger with no shrimp to be found. Our first visit to this Logans was our last.Full parking lots everywhere else we tried with very few cars parked at this Logans should have been an indicator.
I had a great experience overall. I was seated and greeted quickly by the nice hostesses. I loved the fried pickles they have a good variety of appetizers. I ordered the Logan cooked medium and it was cooked to perfection. Accompanied by the deliciouscinnamon apples and a loaded baked potato. To top it all off I got myself a Mississippi brownie. I came hungry clearly. servers name was Elena and she gave me great service. I will definitely be coming back to try the other appetizers.
The service is great and very attentive! I had the buttermilk fried chicken with mac n cheese and broccoli and everything was delicious!! Well worth the money and a scheduled weekly visit!! Logan's Steakhouse has great eats!
The location on 42nd street in Odessa Texas needs a serious review about customer service. We were told a 30 minute wait and an hour later we were seating in their “party section”. It was a lot colder than the rest of the restaurant due to it being an add on and not having insulation. We were told the heater would be turned on and 45 minutes later was told “oh it’s been broken”. The management made a big deal about moving our party to a different table even though the restaurant was basically empty. We were finally given a different area to sit and was given no actual apology, more like excuses. Huge disappointment in the management’s reaction and problem solving skills in the matter and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else that comes here.
my experience was horrible, we had “Elena” as our server she didn’t take care of us at all, we witnessed the hostess asking her to take a table, and she said no. i didn’t know they got to decide when to do there job? we would see her (through the window) repeatedly in the kitchen touching or “preparing” without even washing her hands? just walking right in or goofing around and just standing around. i feel only cooks should be around that area. Disgusting. also she had a mean face every time she’d come back to our table. On top of that our food was cold. felt very un welcomed. Needs better waitresses
The service this evening was amazing. Our waitress was Joy and she was a true Joy to have. The food was amazing and arrived as it should have. They were very accommodating to our large group (11). We will be coming back for sure.
I went to this location for the first time and I ordered my usual as I do when I go to any Logan’s Roadhouse. I order the 16 oz Ribeye well done with Caesar salad and broccoli. The cook apparently doesn’t understand how to cook a steak because when I first got it, the steak was red throughout and the broccoli was cold. So I stated that the steak was not cooked to my liking and then the plate went back to the kitchen again. The second time I got it it was still raw. It just have a seat on the outside. So this is my issue. How idiotic can someone be if they can’t cook a steak to the customers liking since the customer is the one paying for the items. I don’t recommend this location. The cook doesn’t even practice safe food handling. He is clear view to the public. And management shouldn’t allow this to happen. But I guess good help is truly hard to find. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.
First time visit here for takeout only.I got the Grilled Salmon with a side of a baked sweet potato and chips. The chips were a complete waste - they're your typical Lays but way worse. Don't buy them ever. As for the sweet potato? That was heavenly. It was fresh, warm, and giant - I didn't even know sweet potatos could get this big. It tasted so cozy, warm, and good - it reminded me how such a simple vegetable could bring so much serotonin into a single moment. So yes, definitely get the Baked Sweet Potato. No seasoning required! And yes, it does pack around 62-65 g of carbs, give or take, but these are not REFINED carbohydrates, so your body will definitely not go into super-high-inflammation mode as it would have gone if this had been a highly processed form of refined carbohydrates. Now, moving on to the star of the show: the grilled salmon. It was juicy, fresh, and grilled well. I was actually surprised how juicy it was and the flavor was quite pleasant for a fish that I normally thought could only taste bland, mediocre at best. However, this was good. The only notable problem was the portion: it was a very tiny slice of salmon for a reasonably high price. Not worth it. The portion barely filled me up!Also, the entire transaction for this one takeout order took nearly 30-35 minutes. That's a fairly long wait time in my books for a meal that only contained two cooked ingredients. Also too pricey for me.I like Logan's. But I don't love it. I'll still consider it.
Very poor service! 15 minute wait when the restaurant was empty. 30 minutes to get appetizers. 20 minutes to get refills. Stale fries. Pork chops so salty, you need multiple glasses of water just to eat one. Meatloaf tasted like it was pre-processed made by Banquet Dinners. Waitress seemed to busy flirting with guy at the bar. Will not be back!!!!!
