The price for KFC MEALS (if they have chicken) are RIDICULOUS. Tacos are always soggy, and the customer service is trash. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Made a order through Door Dash and they failed to contact me and let me know that they were out of sweet tea. Orders should over looked at least 2 times before handing it to the Dasher.
Wings were terrible soggy and not crunchy at all, wait time was almost 30 min, and customer service was terrible. The only bright side was I got to be away from the wife an extra 30 min.
It was an hour and a half before closing and they were out of white meat for the night.They wouldn't cook any more off I offered to wait and they were just out for the night.

While enjoying our Memorial Day holiday we decided to stop in for a fast break the great chicken Hall of Fame dismay we were told that they'd only had a very limited menu only legs and thighs mashed potatoes Drake satellite guy ride to my mama's dinner table at the 1988 Edition don't get that anyway horrible horrible situation what kind of company stand out of the way and let us star on specific Grand holiday is today a holiday with Benny and understand and to add insult to injury is Play-Doh once said the Taco Bell Charities at the same location didn't even consider us hungry stools to day they were closed
Was dirty no paper towels in the restroom and the floors were nasty and the workers were just standing around no napkins in all three dispensers
The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is uplifting and inviting, the welcoming smiles and energy of the environment was beyond refreshing after the 4 hour drive my family took. Cynthia and Danzel went above and beyond in their customer service and truly gave us an incredible experience to the point where it felt like we were at a fancy restaurant!(even with our kids in pajamas) Thank you for this experience.
This place is a joke and needs to get shut down for good they had me waiting for 2 of my customers order while I was doing uber eats I waited for almost 1 hour and after I got my order finally they wanted to argue with me. Saying I didn't have no drinks. I hate this place an will never go there again to eat or to deliver. They are rude and so very unsanitary they were grabbing food with the hands with no gloves they had alot of workers and still kept telling pple there was gona be a wait. And the manager knew they were getting busy and he stayed outside to smoke and they other employees out side on the other side smoking a joint smh they need to get shut down they only open wen they want and they been closing front lobby way before its hours so now pple have to wait in drive. Then u get to drive and they are out of chicken smh really ? I will never deliver visit or purchase anything ever again from this KFC while being operated by nasty pple who don't care about anything
