First time coming here. Service was good very nice and friendly waitress. I wanted to order chicken fried steak but I wanted mashed potatoes as a side but they didn't have any but they did have home cut fries, that confused me cause if you have potatoes for fries you should be able to have some for mashed potatoes..but oh well. My husband ordered a fried fish sandwich but the batter to fish ratio was not good, more batter than fish, the onion rings were so so. I may give it another try. I ended up ordering the coconut shrimp, not much of a coconut flavor and the coleslaw was really bland, but like I said I may try it again and maybe the comments will be different.
I was there on Saturday 3/12/22 for the first time. I enjoyed the food very much but to top this five stars off was the service! From being seated and throughout my meal I noticed that they seemed short staffed, however that didn’t stop us from receiving some excellent service. Yes Waitress was friendly, down to earth and attentive all while handling so many other tables. The mixed grilled vegetables were probably my favorite although the entire meal was good. Will definitely be going back!
Randomly asked for cherry limeade, waitress said they don't have it but she made me one from scratch. It's delicious! Excellent service!
Ok staff was really good but the food was ok I had the chicken fried steak and it was pretty much all bread. But the fried squash was really good.
Great food. Good light music. Never have to yell over the music to visit. Great service. Wonderful family owned, locally owned restaurant. Best place in odessa!!!
Our food was good, the staff was awesome! No crayons but they brought us colored pens. Me and my kids new place for lunch!
