Service and food are always great, but the hours are crazy! Dinner rush doesn't hit until around 7 and thats when they close!!! I've always been a fan started with the one in Midland! Honestly at this rate I feel like the one in Odessa will close soon! ?
Show up at 5 p.m. order a drink at the bar get seated and enjoy some really good food! you always get tacos get the tacos but grab a new plate and share it with someone who loves tex mex. grab you 2 Guadalajara you got room lol.
Excellent service!! Server was exceptional, we walked in a little before 8 and kitchen had just closed. We were still treated to excellent service and food. Would highly recommend

My wife ordered the chicken fajita taco salad and really enjoyed it. I ordered the El Monterey combo and it was good. I especially enjoyed the taco. What really surprised is that the restroom was very nice in designed and super clean.
Loved this place, best Mexican food I have had in a while. I don't normally care for tamales that much but they were even killer... my wife loved the Chili Relleno
Best Sangria swirls in town! Food and customer service are great! Get the "Crazy Cook" El Concinero Loco. It has a little bit of everything; one cheese enchilada, a beef taco, side of beef fajitas, beef chilie relleno, beans and rice. It also comes with one floor tortilla for your fajita meat. The tortilla soup is also amazing and comes in a very large bowl with fresh avocado slices.
This wonderful establishment has been in place for many many years (actually my grandparents favorite place), but, WHAT IN THE HECK is going on with these new hours!?! The only reason why this place does not receive 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆, is because of the sheer lunacy of closing a Dinner restaurant at 7 PM. This logic completely eludes me. What a shame!
