Well, the team I work with is flawless we work hard efficient we work together due to a great manager and a great higher up, the store is clean the portions are by rules and by policy, we all speak up we all stand firmly of freaky fast service, I'm new but we all can make a positive turn around. Thanks to our boss, and our shift managers she/he/they have been standing firm on helping us assure we are trained the right way and know what's needed to serve patrons better. So before you expect us to have bad service try the sandwiches, see how fast well portioned fast and freaky serviced we are, how clean we are how polite and humbled we are and enjoy.
This is the saddest sandwich I have ever ate. The bread was Cold but delicious. I felt like that is all there was, hardly no meat and veary little veggies, for the money I spent I should have gone to FireHouse sub's.
New management is frugal with the ingredient portions. Yes, they are implementing more customer service and a friendly experience yet under previous management my sandwhiches were enticing and not slopped together fast. In summary, if Jimmy John's is marketing itself as a gourmet sandwich shop well then the final product should be eye appealing and constructively proportioned. Or else i would have gone to Subway. Furthermore the Midland location is superb compared to this location.
The person taking my order was rude. Her name was Faith! Plus my sandwich had a hair in it and I was disappointed for my first time being there..
Lot of places make sandwiches but , Nobody makes Great Sandwiches like JJ ....
Call in order, repeat yourself three times, arrive and it’s still not correct. Have your sandwich remade and it’s still not correct?. Not a happy customer

I don't know why I decided to try this place. I regret it immediately as soon as we got our sandwiches.??♂️Do yourself a favor and try something else. This is worse than subway!! All cold subs with no flavor!.
