This place had 2 ppl working the line was forever we were in line a total of 1½ hours the lady said she spoke zero English and was rude and made us wait until the person in front of us was completely gone before she even took out the order. The burger was a sauce that we asked not to be the chicken big box had zero chicken in it, none! Then she would not even talk to me when I tried to explain what was. I'll never go back again. I urge everyone I will ever talk to to not as well. I paid hard-earned money that we spent there and to have something given in returned that was compleat garbage is upsetting to say the very least
Drive thru was extremely slow. When it came to our turn to order they asked us to wait when there were no cars ahead of us and they still couldnt get our order right. After waiting to order we still waited 10 min to get our food. Then they tried taking our order again after we paid. This place is very disorganized and slow. Save your time and go to the dairy queen down the street.

Horrible experience!!! Forgot my extra order of egg rolls! When I told me I ordered two orders he just looked at me and slammed the window! Then I asked for extra soy sauce. He gave me one packet! The egg rolls weren’t even hot. They were cold in the middle. Disgusting awful experience!
Me and my husband came to Jack in the Box on West County Road we both ordered chicken nuggets and chicken strips and we ended up getting the wrong order. We go back and we hand them back the wrong food we received and our recipe with the right order. Then the lady at the window proceeded to tell us that her partner looked at the recipe and that he handed us the right food. So before I go on the food we ordered AGAIN was chicken and what they gave us was a hamburger and a taco. Ok so tell me HOW THE HECK IS CHICKEN GONNA BE A HAMBURGER AND TACO? They were super rude to us just for thier stupid mistake because the can't freakin read english on the recipe.
Horrible customer service, and they try to rush u to much and don’t take your order right. Today is March 5, 2022 at 10:50 whoever the drive thru kid was. Needs to be trained. Messed up all my whole order and burgers.
Absolutely love their service only fast food restaurant I haven't complain about thank you to all their workers for the great job.
Drive thru was slow. Employees were rude. No drinks but orange juice or bottles of water but was not informed of this, they just didn't give drinks that were ordered.
Fast service, food was fresh and hot. Good stop!
They've never gotten our order wrong. They are usually pretty quick. We are big fans of the tiny tacos right now.
