The air conditioner doesn’t work and the waitress told us it hasn’t for couple days now! They have one cook. One waitress is about the leave so our waitress is the only one to wait tables and run the front. I overheard her telling the other people that was here but for us that it might take a while because they only have one Kirk on duty. I love the food here it’s really good and I like it that it’s 24 hours but I don’t like it when the air pressure isn’t working
Dirty, slow and our food sucked. Had to ask for everything. No offers to refill drinks, had to ask for butter, the chicken fried steak was tough as shoe leather over fried. Hashbrowns were cold hardly done, pancakes I took bite and didn't touch anything else. Service was not great. Won't be back.
These poor people were seriously hurting on a Friday night with only 2 servers and two cooks. There weren't a lot of customers at the time, but there were still enough that those 4 were busting their tails to take care of people. All of our food was hot, tasted great, and with zero mistakes. The restaraunt was clean, and they had a high degree of professionalism. ?
Great place fantastic employee's like amber o good food for the price clean tables and bathrooms open 24 when you are hungry and need to eat here is some satisfaction check out you be happy you did ;-p . Passed by three times food is consistent and service as well healthy as could be with attention to detail though the T-Bone steak and eggs for breakfast was thin like paper but cooked like I asked for that is management All three were great and yes even Jasmin this is a comfortable to eat and relax More info to come
12-21-21: I ordered the split decision breakfast, which was delicious and fresh tasting. I ordered the frozen hot chocolate milkshake and it was amazing. Overall my experience was good at IHOP and the staff was friendly.
They were busy and I came in with my grandson for 20 minutes I watched an empty table where she finally seated us after I complained about her seating a couple that came in after us. She never put us on the list. The food was mediocre. The waitress was the only bonus. She was sweet and attentive even though she was busy...
We waited 1 hour and our food never came. Server never came to give us an update, we had to call one over. Customers that came in after us ate and left. We didn’t even get a sorry for their poor service. A sorry goes a long way, better yet out coffee and soda should have been free. Not to mention we still have to drive 2 hours home!
Extremely dirty. Like everything from the table to the chairs and the windows are smeared with hand prints. Every peice of silverware still had crumbs and stains on them. The service was great and so was the food. The experience would've been better if you weren't so concerned about avoiding touching everything that was dirty which is very hard to.
If you want to eat the day you walk in, don’t bother. Even if it’s empty!We got seated immediately, and a waitress took our orders. Coffee came out right away (only 1 option of creamer if you’re lactose intolerant today!) but was tepid. It was over 30 minutes before another waitress asked us if we’d ordered. (Seriously, only 2 other tables seated on our side of the restaurant.) With the given information, she said she’d go check on our order and didn’t come back. Nobody refilled our coffee, came to acknowledge us, or the wait time.We left 45 mins later, having left some money on the table for the barely-warm coffee my husband and I got.
I will never visit this place again1. To noise2. From the looks of things they have to many people in charge.3. Food took forever to come out4. Only thing that made our time worth it was our waitress she was the best waitress we'veever had since coming to this IHOP thanks Ms Karen great job
