We're in town one week a month and always visit Golden Corral. Each month has progressively become worse. I was a server in my younger days, and I try to keep in mind how difficult it is, but on 4-12-22 we experienced the worse service we've ever had. It was very hot in the dining area, over crowded, food looked, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours. We felt like an inconvenience to the unfriendly waitstaff. Waitstaff was more concerned with mocking (I'm fluent in Spanish) customers, flirting with each other, and playing on their phones. We will not return to this location.
COSTUMER SERVICE: extremely poor. I am multilingual so luckily I understand what the staff was saying but my husband couldn’t. Their English is very poor. Our waitress had a angry face, I caught one another waitress explicitly flirting with costumers, 2 other ones (1 male, 1 female) flirting with each other and almost kissing and basically all of them being on their phones. I caught all these situations because when I needed something that’s what they were doing.It doesn’t matter how good the food is (which was not that good) the costumer service can ruin your experience and it did ruin mine.FOOD: 5/10 would like to see more varietyPLACE: the cups were extremely old and the thing the plates, didn’t feel 100% comfortable using them.Hope they can better
Not very impressed,. Food was low quality and not very good. When we were trying to ask about ingredients (husband has a capsaicin allergy). Only 1 cook spoke English, we asked the manager for help, they were very Kurt and bitter. None of the employees looked happy. Definitely won't be returning.
There was poor service , the waitresses we're just standing there on there phones . They would only walk around and wouldn't pick up the plates unless we had to get their attention. Constantly had to get up from seat just to ask for their service. Wasn't happy with the service I had this morning here.
You can’t beat a buffet especially Golden. Food is great desserts are delicious. Not your top notch best food in the world but the food is delicious and enjoyable. Staff is always on point and friendly. Clean and comfortable environment.

Food ok...waitress on point. It's been a long time since I felt welcomed at a restaurant. Dishes all felt like dirt if u ran ur hand across best option on drink cups are the to go ones
