Always great food. Doesn't take too long to get your food. A little pricey so I would taste 4.5 but doesn't give that option so 5 it is

Absolutely horrible experience. Will not be back. Everything was dirty. Everything was out. Good soda machines replaced with regular fountain drinks.
Fuddruckers is my favorite burger restaurant. Every time I eat here the burgers are cooked to perfection. They meat always tastes fresh and their buns are what take the burgers over the top. They make their own bread on-site. I always get wedge fries and top it off with some Jalapeño nacho cheese. The staff are always friendly and they have some of the best customer service anywhere in Odessa! Restaurant is always in top notch shape and always clean. Just today one of the associates was disinfecting the kids high chairs and booster seats. Other places these looks disgusting because they never clean them. Keep up the great job Fuddruckers! The restaurant was dirty. The condiment station (ketchup, mayo, cheese sauce, area) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and condiments looked like they hadn't been switched out in a while. My meal was just eh. Nothing special. I felt like I over paid for what I got. aBurger was bland and had no season on it. I got an oreo shake also.They just put the oreos on top. And didn't blend them in. Chic fil a makes a better shake than yall do. The ladies restroom was nasty! It stank, every single stall had used toilet paper on the floor over flowing from the trash cans in the stall. GROSS! It was so bad I told an employee the Women's restroom needed attention. Won't be going back. If I could give yall a zero I would.
I have not been here with my family since before COVID-19 and was disappointed with our visit today. We waited 45 minutes for our meals & my father received burnt food. I recommend rechecking staff on what they are doing as this is not what people expect for their meals here.

The half pound burgers we took home were so small after cooking, im so very disappointed. We paid enough money to get what we wanted and we didn't get that. Looked like kiddie burgers.
food was fresh and the service great. But fix your credit card machine it was frustrating trying to punch in all the numbers. ty
