I love the food here but why they cannot get it right is beyond me. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch no tomatoes extra onions. Get to the house and it has tomatoes on it. I asked for it this way because I cannot eat tomatoes, they make my tongue swell. Luckily my some will eat it but again I am with dinner. My receipt clearly states no tomatoes.

Was helped by a chipper young lad named Tristan… he helped me very well , was attentive and understanding to a plight I was going through. Firehouse give this man a raise for his customer service!!
The Italian sandwich is pretty good. Just remember to ask for more Italian dressing on the side.
So not going to even pretend this is an unbiased review. Firehouse is my absolute fave place to get a sub from. But this location in particular is so on point and organized that I felt the need to put a review out there. Staff is super friendly, I've literally never had my order messed up, and it's ALWAYS clean. Great job to this location and their management team, and staff.
Great example of the Firehouse Subs Franchise.My husband and I were finally able to get our Firehouse Subs fix here, in Odessa because the employees were actually wearing masks while handling food.My husband and I ordered our sandwiches and the employees were great, and personable. We decided to even get our friends some sandwiches to go since they also skip the Firehouse Subs in Midland as they don't wear masks there.We generally wear KN-95 masks in public which nullifies most concerns with others not wearing a mask/not being vaccinated - but when it comes to eating/getting food from somewhere mask wearing is still a concern.
I just left Firebouse Subs here in Odessa and have to give a shoutout to the crew working rn

Service and food was great but only 39% of odessa was vaccinated so of the 20 or so customers packed in at tables to close to each other none were masked and at least 1 person related to them is going to die
First time going and the quality of the food was great , I was around the area shopping And needed a sub sandwich glad I made ?this as my choice most definitely going back
