Watching my eldest discover a new way to eat spaghetti is awesome! He is such a picky eater, so seeing him dig right in just show how delicious Fazoli's ? is!??????
The food was cold and I dined in it was I guess within an hour of closing I don't know I don't feel like that's a good excuse but the store was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Not this Location but I've been going to Fazoli's for more than 10 yrs, I love there food. Which either you'll love it or think it's meh. Lol. I love it though. Why not 5 stars? Some of the items on the drive thru menu don't fully explain what the meal comes with. It does but doesn't. Other wise I'm satisfied.
Lasagna was the best I’ve had and my boyfriend loved the wings said they were the best he had yet!! We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Just watched a young guy tie his dirty shoe then run his fingers through his greasy dirty hair and then wipe his nose and never changed his gloves. Bad !!!
Wish they had more gluten free options. Amazing gluten free meal.
Stopped here to get dinner, got home (an hour away) and open the bag and my kid's food was missing. They were busy and mistakes happen trust me I know, and I should've checked the bag but I didn't think I'd need to since we've never had an issue before. Spent 30 minutes in store waiting for our to go order and it wasn't even complete, just kinda disappointing.
