Great food. The pulled pork was done perfectly and the mac n’ cheese was fantastic! Super polite and friendly staff.In my experience, the most authentic and best food is in the places you least suspect, this BBQ joint reaffirms this for me! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick bite off the highway.
Literally just had CATFISH, CHICKEN, and BRISKET!! Hands down THE BEST IN TOWN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The atmosphere feels like home!!
Nothing I write here can do justice to this BBQ joint! I've eaten virtually at every local barbecue place, and everywhere I travel I hit up BBQ joints, and Ed and Tom's is the best in the Permian and one of the best I've had all my life! Not just coming back, but probably the only BBQ I'll have around here (besides mine, of course lol).Must also mention that most places will either have good brisket but not so great pulled pork, or vise-versa. When I imagined my ideal BBQ restaurant I pictured a humble little spot that proudly served incredible food. After searching across the country for over fifty years, I finally found it! This is the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted served by people whose genuine warmth always makes me feel like part of their family.

The BBQ and fried fish were amazing as were the sides. I am not normally of fan of red beans and rice, in fact I would normally skip this dish but I ate the entire bowl that came with my meal. I'm also not normally a fan of potato salad, but this was literally the best I've ever had. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth and delicious. The spicy sauce was also fantastic. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Odessa!

Amazing food! Quick service! Friendly staff! The meat is tender. The sauce is full of flavor. The Zach spud is ginormous. And the cobbler..... damn!
