This is more funny than sad, ordered delivery, 20 minutes got a call, guy says I’m out of the jurisdiction, the store is 4.2 miles from me. Guy just says they can’t deliver, he says I will refund the money. I thought to myself. Bro, offer me a 2 liter soda for free and I would be delighted to just convert it to carry out, but dude just said he can’t do anything else other than cancel my order completely, lol I wonder how often he just cancels orders instead of incentivizing people to work with him??
Called at 3:15 placed a order and 10 minutes later called to see if my order has left domino’s to add a liter of soda they added my drink and then said they don’t take 100’s or has to be exact amount… and hour passed and they said my order was no where to be found asked to speak to a manager and the manager said he wasn’t trying to argue and was rude about the situation asked for his name and wouldn’t give it to me and he hung up called again and asked the girl for his name and they wouldn’t give it.Rude crew members and managerWaited for my order for nothing!Oh and the whole just a card payment only no cash payments is dumb if you ask me for new customers way , to treat a new customer
This whole idea that you got to pay with a credit card online for carryout or pick up is enough to make me never want to have anything else to do with a Domino's Pizza again maybe if we stacked up enough boxes we could cover up their store
It was really good and they remembered the dipping sauces just right.
I ordered contactless delivery & left specific instructions to leave the boxes at the door. The driver rang the door bell & placed the boxes of pizza and wings ON TOP of my vehicle and asked me how much of a tip I was going to leave her lol. Horrible
The employees let me sit at the window for 15 minutes before coming to the window. The only reason they came to the window is because I finally got frustrated and blew my horn as the fourth person passed by the window without acknowledging me sitting there. This is the second time I was treated this way at the same dominoes.
This place has so many employees and I still had to wait like maybe 10 minutes until someone could come and help me I think they forgot that the customer is always first to serve them not having them wait to order its very bad here
