We use this dominoes often as it's close quick and convenient... and the people are usually friendly and fast. However this evening I ordered 2 pizzas online as usual and when I got home realized my thin cruat pizza was burnt... Not crispy but burnt I tried to call and literally let the phone ring for 10 minutes 2 times with no answer..All I wanted was a usual great pizza this evening??
SERIOUSLY !? 30+ minutes in hold. we had GREAT experience with dominos on faudree, but this new year has been so SLOW. do better.
Your service sucksCalled in for pickup order.Sat on hold for 7.30 minutes, hang up, and call back in; to have order taken immediately.Don’t care how good your food is, if you can’t get this right you don’t deserve to be in business.And we’ll ignore the attitude of your male attendant.You guys need help!
I ordered a small thin crust spinach and feta pizza with chicken and lava cakes. The delivery literally took 2 hours and my order was completely wrong. Beyond annoyed
Pizza was burnt, the pasta didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. And brought me the wrong soda. I would not recommend this place or their food for a dog!!
Really Dominos? Burnt dip cooked down to almost nothing on the bottom of the pan. Did you seriously send this food out for customers?
This is the best Dominos pizza store in Odessa. Good service and good food, they’re very fast and never miss anything on your order.
Completely ignored my husband's order, kept giving us a 20 minute excuse and 2 hours later!!! Nope just another trash pizza corp.
