Absolutely best one in town love customer service friendly good people and clean
My family orders from Dominos pretty often. Sometimes once or more a week. There are alot of us and we always seem to have alot going on. The $5.99 mix n match is our "go to". And having the pick up window makes things so much easier. Our order is always ready within about 20 mins and has always been correct. This location is less than a 5 min drive from our home too.
Ordered online.When I arrived, the pizza was not ready even though the app showed it was. Pulled around front and waited . 10 min later went inside and they still had issues finding the pizza. After finally receiving pizza, once home , it was burnt and there was no extra pepperoni. So disappointing. Wasted 25.00
I Order over $200 worth of Pizzas Monthly...I have yet to get any surprise Frees... online or through the App. Best fake advertising campaign in history.
Build your own pizza is a LIE!!! There are certain Items that come on pizzas they make that are part of their specialty pizzas that are not offered unless you order the specialty pizza itself.
This Dominoes is always busy when I am there but the staff is still friendly and quick to get my order.
horrible manager, she didn’t read my order got my order wrong and gave attitude and just texting no wonder she got my order wrong.
Failed to deliver my order. I sat and waited an hour and a half. My app finally says “delivered” and my food is no where to be found. I call the store and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then get short with me.
This Dominos location is my absolute least favorite in Odessa. They do not read the order which results in messed up food and then you either come immediately to get it remade or your just out of luck!! I was told by a manager that I could have a item remade and picked up later that day (like 3 hrs later) and when I called to have it remade I was informed by a manager that they don't offer remakes later in the day. I explained that I spoke to a manager hours earlier and she didn't care, actually told me to complain..... it's truly amazing how customer service just doesn't exist here.
Always nice, and good is always fresh! Love our 42nd & Dixie store and staff!
